A wonderful event, lots of fun, made by an excellent Lord of Misrule escorting us around. The lighting displays were lovely and must have taken ages to set up. Good actors, who knew their stuff. The food and drink stalls were spot on; lovely fresh pizzas and the best mulled wine I've ever had.

Festive and fun, with enthusiastic actors/actresses. Great idea, a little different from just Christmas lights. In the court yard places to eat and drink some undercover. We were lucky we had a dry evening !

It was lovely though we were late as had to go a fair way around as the regular entrance was just an exit and the last sign was hidden by parked cars, other than that we had a great experience

We booked in for6.30pm but did not go in until after 7pm very cold just standing around. Very disappointed with the lights thought there would be more to make the whole place more atmospheric .
Not sure about the story line very complicated and the young child in our party was really scared. Not child friendly.
Sorry could not recommend.

Our third event at Whatton having gone last Xmas, Halloween & then this one. We absolutely loved them all and will definitely return again. This one was less interactive/audience participation which we missed

We all had a wonderful experience on the Yuletide tale! The characters were fantastic and the atmosphere was really festive defyput us in the Christmas mood.

Maybe could be made a little more light-hearted for children but great acting, amazing scenery and settings and well organised.

Actors were fantastic, and car parking staff were particularly polite, even in this cold weather.
