The walk through the woods was lovely and atmospheric. Having attended last year as well, I would say that last year was better more numerous and relatable. Overall enjoyed ourselves, the sets and make up etc were very well done.

Brilliant interactive experience, full of Christmas spirit seasonal cheer. Staff and actors all incredible and kind. Well done all…….ps I recommend the hot rum punch from the Rumbar!

It wasn't quite what we wanted. We wanted to see a light display. Had to stand around in the cold for a long time.

the trail was amazing, path was a bit too dark.
Atmosphere on the ground was strangely quiet with a very limited number of stalls and offerings
Toilets dirty and really dark

Signage from car to the queue for Yuletide experience was non-existence.
Lovely walk through the woods ending with Santa. Chocolate coin was a nice touch.
Burger and chips were excellent.

The first man scared my grand child and ruined the walk around the woods for the whole group.
For the money there was little amount of lights and I guess the money was spent on labour cost of the actors

The prices reflect the amount of work gone into this event, but could do family packages to suit all ages

Very well organised, very friendly staff. All in all a a lovely festive experience.
It was very confusing finding the entrance, not very well sign posted. Perhaps a mulled wine and a mince pie in the price would be worth thinking about?

I visited your yuletide a book/leaflet telling the story would of been nice but we enjoyed the whole thing please thank your staff as they were all very helpful with my wife who uses a mobility scooter especially the jester helping when we got stuck

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the lights were perfect, the actors and costumes excellent, and apart from struggling occasionally to hear the actor when loud music was played nearby, we couldn’t fault it. We would recommend it wholeheartedly, thank you.

Tickets were worth the money, magical and fun, beautiful atmosphere and truly a treat. The food in the courtyard after was very very expensive. We had planned to stay and eat and have a drink but ended up leaving to eat elsewhere
