Review of Champions League Final Party
Great atmosphere but awfully handled by the venue. Far too many people allowed in, toilet facilities weren't kept on top of, which meant women basically couldnt use them as they were filthy later on (outside portaloos). Security wouldn't allow people to go back inside to use toilets once match had started. Big screen outside isn't high enough which meant loads pf people simply couldn't even see the match. Just poorly organised, wouldn't choose to go back again to watch a final there which is a real shame, as being right next to Anfield, the setting made for a fantastic atmosphere.

Review of Champions League Final Party
Atmosphere brilliant as always but was chaos. Entry through the back gates was fine but then getting into the bar area was silly. Only 1 door open causing carnage.
Bouncers kept changing their mind if the doors where for entry or exit. Queued 45 minutes for a burger outside because the poor lady got left on her own for 20 minutes to do everything.
The sound quality inside was awful aswel. Tvs turned up so loud it was just crackly noise.
Asked staff to turn it down and bit and their response was you wont hear it when the game starts, the game started, tvs got turned up even more and the noise got worse

Very badly organised, decusting the ways they treated fans, go on about your history with Liverpool football club ways to much, after yesterday that's out the window as even LFC would be ashamed how you treated fans, never again will i choose the Sandon and advise in future Liverpool fans pick a different venue as these latest Sandon management is all about money, and clearly lacked any care for the fans

Review of Champions League Final Party
The organisation of the venue was not great. The ladies toilets had no lights or toilet roll before the event even kicked off (6pm). There was no true navigation at the venue that would have been useful-so customers could move more simply. So many people entered illegally over the walls and fencing with no prosecution. Therefore, it was cramped but I appreciate that could be part of the experience. The atmosphere was good in the beginning-the music definitely could have been louder so it could be heard better. The same for the football commentary itself.
As the game finished-no clear exit strategy and as I’d never been to the venue before-the staff were rude and unhelpful. As I just asked for help of directions to my car.
This was not the venues fault-but the attitude of some of the other fans throwing cans and items towards the screen and in the crowd. A fan next to be got hit with a can and was hurt.
All of this just tainted our experience of the Sandon- which was a gift for my husband and in laws.

Bought tickets, only to be told "outside is full", waste of money, it's advertised like it's outdoor only and they have clearly sold more tickets than they can hold, meaning once outside is full, you might aswel not have bothered

Been to the Sandon to watch games many times but 1st time we have paid to get in - didn't mind though if it helped restrict the crowds but turned out to be just a money making racket - from £5 a can to a handful of disgusting portaloos if you were outside as unable to access the inside ones with no hand washing at all - fellas were just doing it anywhere it was awful so wont be going back there again

Review of Champions League Final Party
VIP ticket to Thompson Lounge, Champions League Final 2022, with my Son. The food was like at Scout Camp, curry or chilli with rice, and cheesecake or chocolate cake after, no cream or sauce, serve yourself, and if you were still hungry which many were, there wasn't a crisp or nut to be had over the bar (even Scout camp had a tuck shop). The toilets were like a quagmire, when we arrived, and the venue was overcrowded with some stuck in corners with a poor view of the screen, which only became visible anyway when the sun went in (we asked for the blinds to be pulled but got no response, OHPs only work effectively when light is excluded) and the sound was inaudible, very loud but inaudible. What made it were the other fans, so the atmosphere, and to some extent the staff, who were doing their best with what they had. I see the good reviews for match day hospitality, and can only assume we got the wrong day, wrong lounge, or wrong something. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back.
Review of Champions League Final Party
Venue could not accommodate the amount of people ,there blocked the doors to get into the toilet they were told to use portable toilet so all the men were peeing everywhere in front of young children it was disgusting watching the young girls crying.then we got out clothes all burnt and fingers,it could have been a lot worse when a idiot next to us set a flare off and couldn’t control it definitely not enough security when we went to them they said they couldn’t do nothing about it as they don’t have enough staff .but there good at charging u to get .it was a total shambles,if they charge u to get in they should have enough staff on and there facilities are shocking
