Perfect venue for a sppoktacular event. The performers were amazing, we were suitably drawn in, shocked, surprised, scared, frightened- brilliant! We had a full moon and dry night which added to the atmosphere.
The only downside was being asked to pay another £3 for parking as we checked in - after paying £27.50 each entry!

Myself and my partner had an amazing time. So much fun and the layout was just brilliant. We'll organised and we would definitely do it all again next year.
Credit to all the organisers and staff for a truly amazing night x

We had a fabulous experience hear at escape alive I actually wet myself with screaming 😱 will 100% be going again next year if it's on again,my 2 teenagers also had a brilliant time and would most definitely be coming back again next year 🧟‍♀️👻🧙‍♀️

Waited an hour past our time to get in, had to stand out in the cold and rain. Event was poorly put together not worth a 2 hour drive at all, lasted about 15 minutes. Court yard also very disappointing with 3 kids rides. Save your money and go to scarefest

Castle was impressive and staff were good but this was falsely advertised as a Scare experience which is just wasn't. The story didn't make much sense and there were only a handful of jump scares. Queued for 45 minutes and the experience lasted less than half an hour. The food/drink/music area was better than expected. Rating would have been higher if it was advertised as a kid friendly spooky castle walk rather than a Scare night, and the prices were less to reflect that.

This is nice to do a one-off. It is over in about 25/30 mins, so the price isnt great compared to other attractions such as escape rooms which are less for an hour. The actors and tour was great but the story didn't have much meaning and ended abruptly. overall it is a fun event and something i would recommend but not something i would do again. The management of the que to get in, car park fee's and length could be improved. The actors were all great and got really involved.

It was SCARY 😟!!

We had a 5 year old who bravely survived the experience and a 7 year old that didn’t who had to leave with my husband in the 2nd room! Only when we were leaving i realised my husband hadn’t been through so hopefully next year….thought the hook a duck was overly priced £5 a go for poor prizes!

Bit overpriced for the amount of time we were in the castle . Advertised fairground rides only a couple of rides there for younger children .
