Review of SABOR - Salsa In the Garden
The music was good and atmosphere ok. However, the venue was quite disappointing, we were expecting more variety of traditional Spanish food. What they've had was ok, it was tasty bit very expensive for the size of portions. And both stalls were selling more or less the same food. Disappointing. Also the token for the drink, you can only get a beer or cider, no c**ktails which you had to pay for separately. I was expecting more from this event.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
The event was extremely badly organised. To get to the food there were 45min to 1 hour long wait in hot sun, the queuing system was chaotic where people were exited to wait all in one long line to get to 3 separate vendors. The waiting was so long that once a food item was purchased and you need to go and wait in a separate line to pick up the food, they were actually out of the food. They were selling items that were not available anymore and we waited more that hour waiting for.
The event was oversold, because there was no space: there wasn't even space where to stand, not talking about tables.
The purchased table was the worst in the whole venue, because it was right next to the loud speaker and the music was so loud that we couldn't sit there and to the level of getting physical headaches.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
Impossible to get food since the queuing system was completely broken. You needed to wait at least 30 minutes to be able to order your food tickets and after that you need to wait in line again at various food stalls to receive your food. The people handling tickets were very slow. By the time we got our food tickets and queued to get food a lot of the dishes we wanted were finished. I will certainly not going back to such a poorly planned and oversold event. Felt claustrophobic with the huge amount of people in such a confined space. Will avoid at all costs and I am sad to say this because I am peruvian and would have loved to have a great time celebrating the independence of my country.
