Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
good event but not good organisation with food stalls and tokens and lack of food- large queues and all food/ majoirty sold out so no point of even queuing and small space to queue very squashed

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
Venue was terrible. Too narrow. The owners of the venue had too much control of the event! Hopefully different venue next time, more open with Peruvians having more control.

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
I didn't see any Colombian thing during the event apart from the guests, it felt just like another place for food. Only one Colombian food place doesn't make the event Colombian

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
The event started very late, food was not served on time and there was only 1 place to get Colombian food, nothing of the Colombia culture (except for few songs). Summarising, very poorly organisation

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
Unfortunately, it was very bad experience. We expected to have more food business selection. The event said Colombian Independence, clearly you expected to find latin selection but only one business for whole business, we queued for 2 hours to order the food and then 1.5 hours and the food was not ready, we ended requesting refund and left the place immediately. We literally were in the event queuing and wasted our time. Terrible organisation, how come you are not prepared for this kind of events? We paid for a table for nothing, be standing queuing.

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
It was supposed to be a "Colombian" celebration day but there was no decorations or even any flags apart from what other guests brought. Food had good flavour but it was extremely expensive and there was only one booth of Colombian food even though there was space for more, which meant that the line got extremely long and you had to wait up to an hour to even order food and you still had to wait for it to get done. The Colombian part seemed more like an afterthought than a main celebration. We saw people with families complaining and being disappointed.
Overall disappointed with the planning and organisation of the event. It could have been much better.

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
Loved the venue and the atmosphere! Drink prices could have been better and was disappointed there was only one stall for Colombian food and the queue was too long we didn't end up getting any. Definitely recommend for the vibe, great dj for the event.

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
Just one stool with Colombian street food. And about 4 bars with alcohol. Have been queuing up for 3.5hours to get food. Instead of trying to make profit of alcohol on every corner, you should consider more food stools.

Review of SABOR - Colombia Independence Day
Very poorly organised, especially since it was a Colombian themed event. Only ONE stand serving Colombian food, which caused a queue to order of over 1.5hr and another 1.5hr to actually get the food. Drinks were extremely overpriced (£7.7 for a flat cider!!).
Music and atmosphere were ok otherwise, but was very disappointed by everything else.
