Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
Poorly organised, no Peruvian drinks and food was basically run out only a few hours in. Given all were there for the food, the overall atmosphere and communication was poor.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
The payment method for the food could have been improved by either ordering via an app, scanning a QR code etc etc. Overall good experience.
Because it was summer, something to cover the rooftop from the sun would have been nice.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
Advertising screen repeated ever 15 seconds above the stage. Distaceful, distracting & disrespectful to participants. It was disconnected at my request. Chaotic food service huge lines. Queue not informed of dishes which no longer being served. Food & drink linked to event very limited.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
It was really disorganized, the waiting queues were more than one hour, the areas with shadow were limited and she show was only for the people who was in the first rows. quite disappointed.

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
Music and atmosphere was spot on, extremely rude security staff, too many tickets sold made for long queues and big crowds, couldn't get to try any food due to this so went elsewhere

Review of SABOR - Peru Independence Day
It was a very good atmosphere me & my friend really enjoy it although we are not from Peru, we often do love different cultures as we travel alot. But we where very disappointed on the waiting time to purchase some Peruvian food which we stood in the queue over 30mins plus eventually we couldn't do it anymore & decided to look for food else where, I would advise to look at the prices of the drinks as well, we pay £19 for 2 small cups of pimm's, not the same size as the cup everyone was getting there lager in as the pumps wasn't working either.
This is not a negative feedback, this is my honest opinion.
Kind regards Ryan
