Ali Campbell absolutely out of this world, the whole band ub40 was fantastic, definitely worth the 6hour wait in the pouring down rain. Great food, great atmosphere. I'd definitely book to go again.

The rules stated no umbrellas allowed, yet we found many people had been allowed to have them. It rained for the first 2.5 hours, so a brolly would have been useful. The music was the best! The catering/domestic staff were second to none. But the venue was not very well monitored for people that couldn't handle their drink, lots of messy crowds, many under the influence of drugs, a fight broke out and no one came to dissolve it. Didn't feel very safe at points which impacted the vibe and enjoyment of the line up. The exit was chaotic, sliding in mud, hemmed into a small walkway, where most people couldn't see to walk straight. The roads were dangerous after exiting due to unmonitored crowds just falling into the roads. Mostly security or lack of it was the issue for the night.

Paid extra for V.I.P and security was giving gold bands to the crowd....no point to the vip on this event

Basically took us 2 hours to get there obviously chucked it down all day on a muddy field had to stand for 5 hours and get pushed around to then leave as my aunt and sister couldn't stand up anymore and didn't get to see UB40 the whole thing was an absolute disgrace

I was disappointed by the lack of organisation. We arrived at 3.30pm with the latest arrival time being 5pm. The food and beverages were perfect for the venue however the music was ran by a DJ for the majority. In between the supporting act and UB40 finally coming on. The DJ was left to entertain the crowd for more than an hour where the sound system was faulty and the crowd could barely hear anything.

This venue was oversold and badly run. We bought VIP tickets but didn't use them as it was so crowded. There were fights in the crowd, drugs everywhere and exiting the event was dangerous. The last entry time was too early and was only changed at the last minute meaning that many people had been there for several hours drinking before the band were on.

I have waited a very long time to see UB40 (specifically Ali Campbell's UB40) and he did not disappoint, I loved it. However, the tickets stated last entry 5pm - this meant a lot of standing around with nothing much going on ! The bar was chaotic people pushing in and staff were a tad slow - a small glass of lemonade £3 and poured from a bottle ! maybe have barriers for a queue system going forward.
