The fact that last entry was 5pm in the pouring down rain with no acts on until 7pm was a bit ridiculous.
All the standing around ruined the day and I had to leave before ub40 actually came on

Had a great time, and the venue is great so close to home, however getting home was difficult because taxis couldn't pull up outside. But I would definitely come to another gig here.

Everything was great apart from being told last entry was 5pm and the act didn't come on until 9.15 took the enjoyment out of it by time it came on everyone was fed up

First of all there was no info on what times acts were meant to start. So we had no clue what the itinerary was and for how long. The info i received was that the doors would be open at 3 and close at 5, (Later changed to close at 7) so we got there nice and early about 5 past 3 and they were late opening them at 3.20. Usually i wouldnt complain about that but this was the organisers 3rd gig in 4 days so really should of got their act together and been a little bit more punctual. Food and drinks were expensive as we expected but good quality and fairly portioned. No hand sanitizer or handwashing facilities for the mens urinals. First act was Bitty McLean and (he finally started about 7ish) im sorry but we just didnt like him. It felt like he was singing the same song over and over again. The lad can sing but he just wasnt our flavour of music. We decided to go early for we no longer had the appetite to listen to UB40 anymore after 6 hours waiting. On the way home they sounded amazing from a mile and half away. Sorry Barton it was a thumbs down from me. It had the potential to be very good.

The cost of tickets didn't reflect what was offered. VIP wasn't worth the extra costs it wasn't even disabled friendly. Lack of drinks offered no water in toilets to wash your hands, no water in taps to wash your hands
Promised water around the sight to drink only one available right at the entrance not any in VIP area. Fast track promised and then might has well have waited in the normal queue as that moved quicker and they was in quicker so what was the point in paying for VIP

Was there four hours before anyone appeared on stage ! Hence a lot of drunken people ! Was not aware they allowed later entry or the use of umbrellas as previously advised not to take and to arrive early. Very very disappointed poor communication all round 2nd time I've been and sadly won't be going back

It was a mud bath no boards down coming in, drinks were extortionate
