Review of Barton LIVE | UB40 Ft Ali Campbell
My partner and his friend was forcibly removed from the venue after a girl had punched his friend in the face for no reason whatsoever other than she was annoyed he had left her dad at the toilets by accident. She punched in the face twice in front of security and he did nothing in return and himself and my partner who was stood with him were manhandled, my partner was punched in the face whilst his hands were being held behind his back, right in front of me, his face is a mess, two black eyes, bust nose and scratches, I am 48 years old and have never experienced anything so disgusting. The security team in hi vis vests were disgusting and heavy handed. I have been to many gigs in my time and have never had an issue like this, appalling, we didn't even get to see the band play that we had paid for, I am absolutely fuming

Review of Barton LIVE | UB40 Ft Ali Campbell
UB40 arrived late on stage no apology, there was people who were absolutely wasted and seen people taking drugs, didn't feel safe at the event at all. Event opened at 3pm but had to wait until gone 9pm for UB40 to come on stage. Drinks are good prices were extremely expensive.

The venue is fantastic plenty of spaces good views of the stage. Security staff were great. Leaving the venue was awful and dangerous..plus I was absolutely disgusted on the extortionate prices of the taxis. We payed £10 to get there 10 min journey same journey back taxis charging £50.
Wish Ub40 was on longer than Bitty McLean and the music build up before was great but I do think maybe afew bands on before would of been better.
