It was soooooo poorly organised the queue was about 1 hour to enter the building then half an hour to get inside then another 30 minutes to enter one of the mazes which only last what 10 minutes and arenât even really scary at all just more of a comedy show tbh⦠then the queue after that for the next maze was about 1 hour long no proper queuing system. Wanted to get some food but they had literally ran out of everything and only had brownies the person at the food stall was really nice and was apologetic about it but I donât blame them the hole thing is just so poorly organisedâ¦. Would never go there again £35 a ticket for this rubbish gutted I didnât just go to Liverpool like I usually do every year.

When first came there was unorganised, they rush you through it all as they wanna go home we got a ticket for 11pm and we were in and out both mazes by 12 they were pushing us together with other groups even when told us to not join others and wait , and all pissed up drinking , wouldnât recommend was s**t

Review of DIECAST
Unfortunately this was very disappointing. It took an hour to queue to get it, to then have to queue again for the two mazes. We waited 45 mins for the time to die maze to be severely disappointed. It felt more like a story book being read to us that a scare maze. Every section you’d stop and be talked at and despite actors being good and the makeup etc being amazing it just wasn’t scary. You walked around in groups (yes we understand you need to) but the front of the group would have the jump scare of which the rest of the group were forgotten about. Actors also seemed lazy screamed once and that was it.
Infact, the first maze was so disappointing when we left and saw the queue for the next maze was around and hour we left the venue and didn’t even attempt it. Before doing this we asked people walking out if it was good and when they rated it lower than the time to die we decided against.
We didn’t try the food but pizza looked okay. Bar was great and loved the spooked c**ktail theme.
Overall the whole experience was too busy, definitely not worth the value for money and won’t be returning or recommending.

Toy master maze was amazing lots of jumps and screams at ever turn disappointed that is wasn't 20 mins long as stated only lasted 10 mins max would rate it 8/10.The second one was very underwhelming just felt like the actors where there to stop you, to waste time so you didn't meet the group in front! Lots of waiting around hardly any scares would only rate this one 4/10 glad we did it first it did last 20 mins but half of that was just waiting around to be let through to the next bit.
There was lots of missed opportunities to fact in the scare factor.
No actor running around while you were queuing up so not much of an atmosphere, waiting times up to an hour! Even with time slots.
Wouldn't go back but it was ok but pricey for the event.

I took my two teenage boys. It took an hour todo two mazes. And under 18s kicked out at 9pm. If you with a group of over 18s wanting to get pissed till 1am you will probably have a good night. Actors are good in time to die maze. Toy maker abit of a flop this took 20 mins start to finish. 1 hour for 3 people a total cost of 107.60. Not worth it. Never again.

Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
My group really enjoyed the experience, we didn't know what to expect upon going in but the scare experiences were fantastic! The staff were all really lovely. We didn't try the food, but I would double check you drinks as our order got a bit messed up but it is really loud in there.

The actor's were great and atmosphere of the location was excellent. If there was an escape room instead of a maze OR there were areas that were set up as scenes from major horror films that would have been superior.
