Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
The date was cancelled, and we had to rearrange the date and time which was very difficult as all attendees couldn't commit to the same day this was a works event and my team was split up over 2 different days dicast was vert reluctant to contact me back and the rebooking process was very difficult with no number to contact

The scariest thing about this was the customer service . My event was cancelled and three weeks later no replacement tick*ts or refund. Go for it if your idea of fun is burning money and wasting time on admin.

Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
Each house was over so quick, took longer to queue than to get through the house, whilst in the queue we noticed no one was screaming and I can see why. It just wasn't scary, it was more of a story told via the scare actors with no one jumping out in between rooms, there was so many missed opportunities to scare! Definitely wouldn't pay £40 for this experience, only worth £20 at a push.

Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
I think it needs more jump scares in the time to die maze or even have groups of 4 go through as we went in as a group of 7 and knew the scares was coming due to the people the front screaming ect so we was laughing more than being scared as for the toy maker I must say it was brilliant some brilliant actors especially the barbie ?'? as for the price I thought it wasn't worth what I paid maybe because I didn't get the scares as what the people infront got

Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
I was overcharged on 3 different occasions for drinks. As the staff did not appear to know how to use the tills. Initially they denied this happened until a supervisor attended.
There were no lights in the toilets, I know they are portacabins but you can get some lighting. Trying to maneuver the use of the toilet whilst using a mobile torch was tricky.
Over all it was very over priced for the 2 scare experiences. Especially in comparison to what others offer in a considerably lower price brack*t.

Brilliant night! The mazes were so scary and well put together with great actors with very creepy masks/makeup. The mazes were also not just quick to get through one of them was about 15/20mins to get through, so worth the money :)

Review of Manchester Scare Factory
I bought tick*ts for myself and my sister, overall we had a really fun time . Food was easy to order and although the food was overpriced it was amazing. The pizza I had was amazing, I would go back for that alone. Vibe was good no complaints and we really loved Time to Die. It was well paced and I enjoyed it but as for the toy maker I felt very rushed through. 5 mins easy, there also wasn't any fortune teller or tarot card reader which I wanted to try for fun.
So besides the toy maker and lack of fortune teller we had a great time!! I would go again next year.
Probs to the cooks and the cast in the time to die experience, they deserve som**hing, they carried that so hard.
