Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
The Scare Factory was very impressive. The actors and design of the whole set was very clever. We were not as scared as some people but that's just because it takes alot! However, there were moments were you were like "that is freaky". Definitely worth going if you like Halloween and that kind of thing. Can't comment on the food or drink at Diecast as we didn't have any.

The music did not even remotely set the atmosphere. The mazes themselves were unimaginative, poorly constructed and didn't really make sense. Halfway through one of the mazes, one of the actors completely broke character and asked if anyone wanted selfies and started a conversation about his holiday to Benidorm. It was all such a ripoff and obviously just a poor attempt to make money with minimal effort.

First time doing a scare factory. It was very spooky. Easy to get into and no issues. There was a good seating and food area but prices were not cheap. The toliets were not good gender neutral portable toliets with no lights in. The maze was fun, me and my group were scared and creeped out. But it got very busy so we decided not to do the 2nd maze. Overall a good night but a bit expensive for what it was.

Waited 3 hours to get into one of the mazes, by the time we completed that we had to join the back of the queue for the second maze. I was not about to spend a further 2-3 hours in a queue. Paid £70 to wait in lines.

Review of Manchester Scare Factory 2024
Props, makeup and atmosphere were amazing. The actors and crowd work absolutely made it. I only wish it could be longer, especially the Toymaker maze. An incredibly fun night and I hope to experience it again!
