Another great Salford Pink Picnic.. Peel Park is a great venue.
It was very well organised, there was thorough security but that was well managed, plenty of waste bins dotted around, some good stage entertainment and plenty of drinks/food options.. enough WCs to cope...
Can't wait for next year ?'?🏼

Getting your bag search before entry was completely understandable but to then have all your kids picnic food taken by security from out of your bag and thrown in the bin was an absolute joke, literally took food from my kids mouths and left us with virtually nothing, was an absolute joke, it's called pink PICNIC for a reason, I complained to a member of staff who didn't actually care a s**t and just blamed it on to Salford Council

Great event but the no disposable plastics rule that only affected bags of crisps was ridiculous. Never seen so much food waste piled up in bins outside a venue before. Yet bars were able to serve drinks in plastic cups. They would be better off putting recycling bins around the venue rather than taking good food off people that could go have even gone to the homeless instead.
