The quality of bands was pretty decent would be nice if there was an actual confirmed line up before the event. The whole VIP bit was pathetic. Only VIP were allowed near the stage like a golden circle, this completely ruined the atmosphere as it was dead, so was busier further back. On top of that the pricing at the bar was a joke. £6 for a can of Heineken or Thatchers half of which were warm, £5 a pint of some cheap cola. Again another thing that spoilt what was actually a decent gig

A great day had by all great selection of music all acts very entertaining. Only downside food & drinks was quite expensive to purchase

Bar ran out of beer early. They did a restock but With limited range of drinks. Some bar staff were very young and inexperienced, didn't know how to run their queue. Poor information-Website said no admission after 5pm yet loads of people turned up late. Website said no alcohol allowed but door security said we could and others were bringing it in. Food was limited and overpriced even considering the price overheads. No flow to some of the earlier music with stop start, different tracks after 30 seconds- to avoid royalty payments perhaps? Got better with flow of music for the last act and atmosphere picked up so was ok. Just didn't feel like they had the customer at the heart of it.

Would not recommend, not enough toilets, bar ran out of drinks. Charging £3 for half a cup of diet pepsi which was being poured from £1.19 bottles. Lacked atmosphere. Very poorly organised.

All excellent except for entry rules. Gate staff must be given consistent advice about things like umbrellas. Some allowed them; some didn’t. Thats not good enough. Make sure these things are properly briefed AND PUBLISHED..

Venue scruffy. VIP toilets not functioning properly unisex so queues . Ran out of most cans early. Main toilet longest wait I've seen in a festival or event for years. 2 fair rides one music so loud you couldn't here set for 2 /3 of venue space while eating queuing etc.
Acts should really compare playlists . Hearing same 4 times eg dido was so repetitive .
Positive. Crowd made the best of it and the weather . Staff such as security etc all really friendly so nice carm atmosphere. Two female singers were great really raised the energy and extended tracks so you could get into it.
Promoter and skittle website help us out by telling us about parking. It was close and free but often at this venue it's really dear so lots of people were walking from town.

There was no signage to tell you how to get in to festival. The sound checkpoint was right in front of stage obstructing view, there was no communication about what to wear, lots of people needlessky turning up in wellies when the venue was hard concrete. The vip area was too big and almost empty at most points. It spoilt it for other people. I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed.

It was a fantastic event and reasonably priced, however the price of the drinks were an absolute p*sstake.. £12 for 2 cans of thatchers?? Really that absolutely let it down sady

So disappointed with this event. Totally oversold and under-delivered.

Security were rude and almost didn't let me bring my empty water bottle in. No atmosphere, rubbish choice of drinks- no prosecco, gin or c**ktail bars , no idea who was playing when, no cover when it rained heavily, free water wasn't signposted anywhere and I had to ask three members of staff before one knew where to find it (very hard to find but there was no way I was paying £3 for a bottle of water when you can get it for free).

Most bar staff seemed bored and fed up, the music coming from the two fairground rides was often louder and better than the stage. There was only one stage! Was expecting a couple at least. Really annoying that the same tracks kept getting repeated throughout the day (clearly nobody checked playlists) - felt sorry for N-Trance who closed the event with Set You Free as we were sick of hearing it by then! So so many amazing 90s tracks were completely missed, but we were subjected to Queen multiple times, Coldplay, Adele, Oasis and King's of Leon?! Felt like a cheap karaoke place a few times. Not what we were sold at all. Missed Angie Brown's set as it was so short by the time we realised it was a live singer she had finished.

Phats and Small were awful; just played the first 20 seconds of a track whilst talking over it - so annoying.

Saving grace was Marcella Woods who actually looked like she was enjoying herself, interacted with the crowd and sang live. The four stage dancers were good, too.

No Brandon Block or K-Klass as advertised, very disappointing.

We made the best of it but won't be returning.

The event was publicised as a family friendly event and I’m not sure it was particularly friendly due to not being able to bring food or drinks for my 3 year old. I spent £20 on food and drink alone plus an additional £8 for face painting. I appreciate that your stall holders travel with you but prices were extortionate. Paying £3 for a cup of lemonade poured from a bottle that was clearly labelled £1.97 was sickening and possibly illegal. There wasn’t anything for children to do/see that was age appropriate. Having said that, we had a great afternoon, despite the weather. We were with friends with children the same age and I’d brought a festival trolley that they amused themselves with. We found the majority of staff to be very helpful.
