Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival Chepstow!
It was disappointing that Fleetwood Mac did you do a show as advertised (my partner only got tickets to see that) but I really enjoyed watching Spice. Very upbeat. I was looking forward to seeing Oasis and it was good but the energy was just not there from the singer. Other than that I was happy that we were not on the grass and I wish there was more information the the website about taking chairs and what was allowed to be brought. Good experience even for a rainy day.

The acts for the day were not the same as advertised. We were expecting different acts as advertised. The spice Girls act was really poor.
The bar had still not been replenished since the event the day before so had nearly run out of everything at the start.

Arrived with three disabled people who all have paid "VIP". We were all treated like lepers from the moment we arrived. No "queue jump" or fast entry and our chairs were removed....later returned along with our umbrellas, yes it was raining. Bar for VIP was at the furthest possible point from the VIP area in front of stage. Toilets were inaccessible and the ones we finally got to use were dirty and the dryers didn't work. All the security were surly and uninterested in my or anyone else's opinion of basic human rights or disability laws. We missed the first act due to slow access, and left early as we couldn't use the toilets and the bars were running out of everything. Complete shambles and I demand a refund for all three of our party.

VIP area was a fenced with Hessian bags straight over and a bar that was stopped with less than the general bar. The portable toilets were in better condition than the VIP toilets. There was no lineup timings.

The bands that played were very good - especially Abba Mania. However, the adverts promised cover bands for Coldplay, Pink, Stone Roses, David Bowie and Fleetwood Mac, none of which appeared. Very misleading advertising!!!

Absolutely con , VIP tickets meant you sat miles from the stage, drinks were almost ran out by 2 pm , the kids serving were more interested in there phones and vaping than customers and the organisation was appalling. The company involved never get back to you

We paid for vip passes and were disappointed with the lack of any effort taken. We were corralled at the entrance so we couldn't see the stage, bar ran out of lots of drinks, just had wet picnic benches. There were no signs from the parking to show you how to get into the venue. Only one stall selling things other than food. The vip area in front of the stage was good but it would have been nice to know there was no where to shelter from the rain, that it was advisable to take your own chairs. The acts were good especially Elton John, Tom Jones and ABBA but we didn't stay for the last 2 acts because of the rain.
