We enjoyed the festival. It was a lot of fun, but you need to do tickets for a family of 5 instead of families of 4. Average families now are a family of five. The food was a bit expensive. Is there any way you could do more child friendly food that isn't expensive. Would really consider going again next year.

Supposed to be an event for kids but for the money we paid there were just 2 tents with music. Expensive food trucks and amusements that weren't included and certainly not suitable for small children. Other than 2 circus performers I didn't see anything else that was 'included' in the price.

The acts were very good. The timings were strange though, by the time the event ended and got back to the car using the park and ride it was almost 23:30, which isn't ideal on a Sunday night. The food and drink was extortionately priced

It’s no disco tots full of adults drinking wine from the bottle and nothing there for under 5’s like inflatables and bouncy castles and everything you said was there want there.

Very over priced for food, drinks & ice cream, only things for children to do other than the music tents was the juggling tent. Fair rides £5 absolute disgrace no rides suitable for the smaller children probably a good job at them prices.

Came last year and was looking forward to coming back....

However didn't appreciate having my ticket cancelled 2 days before the event and applied for my free ticket back in October and did opt in as requested back in June.

The processes in place to enter the festival were very poor. We joined the queue at around 5.40 and still didn’t get in until 6.15. The process was better last year when the music started earlier (Craig Charles Funk band) and people could arrive as and when. This made for a far more enjoyable entry. Also, prices where in all honesty disgusting. I feel all the vendors and bars took advantage with their pricing. If they charged less they would sell more. Especially in the times we are living in.

The venue needs to provide some parking, the vendors were expensive and not very good quality the music and band were excellent , the comedians, middle range, seen better in smaller venues of south Wales, you’d expect more polished material with the size of venue.. compare had great energy,

Great show, thoroughly enjoyed it. Five and East 17 were great. Drinks prices were a rip off, but at least they had cider, unlike at the comedy festival on Sunday

Disappointed we got stopped with others from going in at 7.20 and told it was too late as the scanners had been put away about an hour ago. We told them tickets stated 8pm last entry. Was let in but not scanned and no wristband issued. Not a very good welcome to start of evening

Starting the show when people were still queuing to get in (because you didn’t start letting them in) seemed unfair and disrespectful to both them and the performers. Also, please can we have a minimum age limit on the festival? Whoever thought letting an 18 month old child in to the venue was a good idea? We spent the entire show with its parents loudly trying to settle it behind us with no means of doing so or having them walk them up and down the aisles and between rows because they had nothing with them. Absolutely ridiculous when you have lots of people trying to watch the show that they have paid for. Couldn’t hear half of it, ruined the experience.
