Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
VIP tickets were over priced for the facilities provided. Too many people penned into a small fenced area with inadequate toilets that were filthy within an hour of arriving. Fencing around VIP area was 6ft tall harris fencing that blocked the already extremely limited view of the stage area. Do not waste money on VIP experience. Bands were average with 2 of the 6 we saw having any really talent. Would NOT be attending again.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
Very poor choice of food only 3 vans which led to very very long queues ALL day long ( credit to all the caterers as they worked tirelessly for the duration) No sweet option only savoury. We queued for over an hour for food!
When you consider no food or drink was allowed to be brought in, catering was a disgrace.
Water was available from a waterbutt & it tasted like it came from the garden.
Fairground rides were too near the stage and their music could be heard over the artists performing!
Not sure "lookalike" is correct title for the event as some artists were much better than others so this all said although it was a nice way to spend time with friends I don't think I would bother again to attend such an event.

not enough info before the event. not family friendly as no food or drink allowed.prices too high and not enough food outlets considering noone was allowed food so queues were horrendous . parking let down at last minute.
on the plus side it was good value for the number of act particularly with early bird ticket toilets clean and well maintained. security staff respectful.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
What a real shame, the organisers of this festival got it completely wrong, fairground rides in the same area as the stage in fact probably only about thirty feet from the stage so you could hear the ride music and the screams over the performers, the only place you could refill your water bottle was from a water butt that had been there for days even the people running the food stalls said it was disgusting, you couldn't take any of your own food in and you wasn't allowed in and out like at other festivals held at the venue, the beer was really over price at £7.25 for watered down larger, the so called vip area didn't have enough seating, the toilets were disgusting and there was a fence in the way of the stage, we go to a lot of music events at this venue and all of them have been fantastic, we won't be going to the look a like festival again.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
Pluses: Good quality tribute acts, plenty of portaloos (but not regularly checked throughout the day) and never had to queue very long for the bar.
Minuses:
There was 2 queues but no signposting to indicate which queue was 'normal' or VIP so everyone was muddled up. Poor.
The actual VIP area was an awful looking caged in small side area where you couldn't even see the stage properly. It was absolutely rammed and we were so glad we didn't waste our money. Many of the VIPs sat outside with us because it was that rubbish.
But by far the worst thing was you can't bring in your own food but there was only 3 food trucks. We queued 80 minutes for food. Many people left because they were so disgusted - and hungry! Absolutely disgraceful.
On balance no we wouldn't go again because of the poor organisation.

Whilst we both had a good time the "VIP" element was just worse than "non VIP" ... the quick queue process was terribly slow with only 1 lane for us and 3 for the rest ... it was quicker to change lanes and join the Non VIP lanes and then get our VIP wristbands later. The VIP area was behind an 8 feet wire fence and as such a very poor view so we sat in the open area. There were hopelessly inadequate food vendors with huge queues ... taking up to an hour queuing to buy a pizza ! The performers were all good ... and overall a good day but the organisation was shocking.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
There wasn't enough food outlets for example the que for the food was 2 to 2 and a half hours long. My husband counted 169 people in front of him so we gave up. People left early due to the lack of food. The bar ran out very quickly of orange and had shortages of drinks so people had to leave vip area to get drinks. It was half the food outlets needed and no desert outlets apart from a broken ice cream machine. Especially when you can't bring food or drink in. We left early and went for a takeaway very poor for the amount of people.

Bands were fine but organisation awful! We had vip tickets but the que to get in was longer than normal que and far too many booked into vip area, we had to sit in main bit as not enough space plus view was terrible from the vip area. About 10 chairs available for about 400 people in vip. Couldn't take in food but only 3 food trucks and no facilities for dietary requirements. Que for food was 1.5 hours at one point. Also way too long between acts and no information anywhere of running times or even who was playing. Toilets terrible even at the start of the day. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

No parking, had to queue for an hour for food and only 3 food stalls, no line up information prior to the event only at the time of the acts coming on, couldn't bring own food in. A lot of people were unhappy with these things, the acts were good though thankfully

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
Food terrible - nearly 2 hours wait. Only 3 food stall - they loved it as they were busy making a fortune but people standing and waiting missed at best 2 acts.
Why serve beer in cans - beer cans all over the place, a real mess. Use plastic/re-cycle cups.
Not allowed to go back out - why ? if you have a ticket.
Person behind us in the food queue was diabetic - but was not feeling good, still had min over an hour to wait. People on front gate would only allow his wife to go and get food he would have to stay. Eventually we walked him to from of queue explained the problem - people all understanding so he could get food.

WE DO PREFER GOING TO FESTIVALS WHERE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK. THIS EVENT CHOSE NOT TO ALLOW THIS, WHICH IS THEIR RIGHT, BUT TO PROVIDE ONLY 3 FOOD STALLS TO CATER FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING WAS RIDICULOUS. TO QUEUE FOR OVER 2 HOURS FOR WHAT WAS OVERPRICED AND VERY POOR FOOD HAS GUARANTEED US NOT RETURNING. I'M SURE MANY OTHER PEOPLE WILL SHARE THIS VIEW AS WERE LEAVING THE EVENT IN DROVES LONG BEFORE THE END!!!

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
The bands were terrific, great entertainment and a fabulous atmosphere. There were however with the VIP queue, it wasn't managed very well and the standard ticket holders move much quicker. There was also issues with the food vendors, not enough to deal with the amount of attendees. 2 hour queues is not acceptable.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Outdoor Tribute Festival - Norwich!
Poorly organised, pre-booked parking cancelled 24 hours before event, refreshments ridicously priced, only 3 food trucks so queues 2 hours long so miss performances , and food trucks don't sell drink, so had to queue twice, free water tasted awful /chemically so bad couldnt drink, so no option than to pay £3 small water bottles and 250ml soft drinks being charged @ £3, can of beer £6, bottle of wine £25, pizza £14, loaded fries £9!!! Acts good except Spice Girls. Cannot re-enter event. Very loud music on the 2 rides, situated next to stage. VIP rubbish view of stage and queue to get into event took far longer, than standard admission!!!
Won't attend another Skiddle event.
