Didn't go in end because of no parking (still waiting for refund for booked parking space which was canceled last minute) Friend went there was Long queues for food. They waited over an hour. No water long queues to buy bottle water at £3.50. I would imagine a lot of dehydrated people.

VIP tickets over priced. Standard ticket Queue extremely faster than VIP entry queue. VIP area (pen) far too small for all VIp ticket holders to use. Toilets very smelly.
End up sitting with general ticket holders.

Badly organised event. No running order , so at least 50-% of the crowd missed the 1st act which came on early, and 40% missed the next . Appalling. Also packed event and only 3 food stalls. The event organisers knew how many tickets had been sold , it took over 100 mins to get food. Booked VIP which was a joke as restricted views, overcrowded and the aledgedly " good" toilets were disgustingly smelly and dirty. One of the main acts failed to show. Only being with friends saved the day

No mention on website about not being allowed to bring in own food and drink!!! No parking signs for the event. People were being sent all over the place. Dreadful organisation of the event. Rude unhelpful so called officials. Not enough food stalls. If you ban people from bringing in their own food then make sure they're enough food outlets. People were waiting over an hour for food and this was consistent with all outlets there. Dreadful selection of drink available just cheap rubbish being sold at ridiculous prices. We won't be going again.

Although the actual festival it self was very good, we had purchased VIP tickets at an extra cost and the VIP experience was a total failure. The so called que jumping was slower than the standard ticket que, the VIP area was stuck to the side of the stage so you were unable to see the acts performing and was over crowded so we ended up sitting in the general area. The VIP toilets were insufficient and not as clean as the general toilets. There were not enough food fenders, so you had to que for over an hour to get served and as you are not allowed to bring your own food to the venue at least ensure there is sufficient food service available.

VIP looked bad so glad we didn't buy VIP.
Lines for food were horrendous. If you're not going to allow food of drink to be brought in, then make sure there are enough vendors to cater for the visitors. Otherwise a really good show.

Acts were ok. We were not allowed to take in food or drink only 3 food outlets for thousands of people. The queues for food were up to 2 hours, got fed up and hungry so packed up and went home.

Poorly organised event with little or no information until a couple of hours before gate opened and unfair that you could not take own drinks and food in as made day every expensive plus only 3 food stalls at event. Bands looked like who they were supposed to be but need to be able to sing like them too.

The music was ok but our experience of the whole event was spoiled by the massive queues for food. We were not allowed to enter the site with food so effectively had to have lunch and dinner there. Each time we queued for over an hour meaning we missed the equivalent of 2 whole acts! There were only 3 food outlets and they were just inadequately staffed. Very disappointed!

Completely unwarranted prices for this event - VIP was a fenced in area with noting extra for the money other than a toilet. Acts were terrible, huge gaps between acts, queues for food stands (of which there were only 3!) were over an hour and a half long. Appalled by the event.

We only saw the spice girls who were dreadful and heard the first song by oasis which was better to be fair. The drinks were a rip off basically. £10 for a rum and c**e but you could hardly taste the rum. A 70cl bottle of spirit was averaging at £140!!

-VIP areas were oversold
-Three food vendors to cater for a thousand people, queues exceeding 2 hours for food. No food allowed to be brought in.
-A tall, walled tent in front of the stage prevented visibility of acts for around a 3rd of the field. No screens were added for added visibility.
-Tickets way too expensive for the poor event planning and execution.
-Some acts were pretty good, and the sound was good

VIP complete waste of money (could only see side of stage, no food vendor in vip, toilets revolting) only Three food vendors for whole event with three hour wait for food! Parking cancelled without notification. Toilets revolting. Bins over flowing inadequate staffing to keep on top of.
