Too many people & not enough food vendors. A situation made worse by not being able to take food in. One hour plus queues for basic grub was poor. VIP area not value for money - too full and poor view of the stage. Artists were all good.

Absolute rip off prices for food and drink. No readmission or food and drink allowed on site. As a diabetic I had to beg to be allowed out to inject insulin. Yes I was eventually allowed but its demining to have to give private medical reasons. Tribute acts were at best average, sound underpowered so the horrendous non-musical nose from the funfair rides was drowning out the performers. Generally good atmosphere but most of the people I spoke with were somewhat disgruntled by the same issues I experienced. On a positive note there seemed to be just about adequate toilet facilities which is better than some events I have attended and the cost of an early bird ticket was reasonable.

Fantastic music, security were great and efficient. Unfortunately the event was poorly set up, parking permits cancelled a few days before the event, information only realised on the day of the event regarding food and drink. Not allowing food and drink to be bought in which isn't very family friendly (or being allowed to leave and re enter the event once entered) which created a massive queue blocking the view of the stage also and a huge wait time for food as there weren't enough caterers provided. Prices were high but this is expected at events.

There were only 3 food wagons. Waited 2.5 hours in a queue! If we could have taken our own food it wouldn't have been so bad. Everyone was moaning about it and my friends and I will never, ever book anything with skidded again.

Mis information regarding parking , parking staff rude, VIP tickets a joke, no food to be taken in but only 3 food vendors so massive queues constantly for over 1.5 hour wait, 40 minutes wait inbetween acts and no other entertainment inbetween , awful...

Acts were good However, only having 3 food vendors was a mistake - 2 hours wait. If you are not going to allow picnics then you must have more vendors and more variety - left early and won't come again . VIP area was also a waste of money - toilets smelled awful

The queue system for entrance was a bit hit and miss but we got there a little early so expected it although the normal line was moving faster than the vip line.The vip area was not overcrowded when we got there but eventually they were not letting any more in as it got too full.It would have been nice to know the set list as this was nowhere to be seen. As for filling up your own water bottles I didn't see any filling stations. Food and drink were extortionate but it always is at these things. The toilets in the vip area were VERY well maintained with plenty of tissue and toilet paper and the toilet was thoroughly cleaned twice whilst we were there. There were not enough food outlets (3 for the whole site) and people were queuing up for up to 2 hours. The bar in the vip area was well stocked and very quick to be served but obviously very expensive. Communication to the festival was non existant and to find anything out was hit and miss and going to previous festivals website to find out anything. Would I go again? probably not but it was quite a good day and we enjoyed it as did the people at the front of the stage where there was a very good vibe.

Not enough food outlets to cater. Waited over 1 hour to be served. Drinks way too expensive, 6 pound for a can cannot be justified. And also drinks ran out. The acts were great but you really need to work on the hospitality.

There were only 3 food vendors, which mean queues for food were over 1.5 hours with kids this is not goo. No where to buy snacks or an ice cream van. At the bar they were making the prices up charging different every visit unless you pulled the bar staff up on it.
Roughly an hours wait in between acts which was boring for the kids, you needed a DJ or host to keep the crowd going as an after each act the atmosphere went dead with the long wait.
Would not buy tickets again

An enjoyable event but ruined by the fact nothing could be taken other than sealed water coupled with high price food and drink
Outlets with an average of 1 hour queuing time . No vegan options and vegetarian options run out by 2pm. It was also obvious that some people were taking in picnics and drinks without any intervention and even some people not having their tickets scanned .. absolutely disgusting planning and a rip off to restrict picnics particularly for those of us on special diets.. you don't deserve the numbers turned up

Booked VIP tickets. No information available before the event. VIP meant longer slower queue to get in, caged area to the side of the stage with very poor view of the stage and performers. Only benefit was lesser queue for the bar and toilets.

After receiving an email to say my parking has been cancelled, btw, not had a refund yet, no alternative were given!! Where were we supposed to park?
Plus you were not even allowed to take a bottle of water we decided not to go! Just a way to make more cash from us!

Such a disappointing event. Hardly any information regarding the event prior. No food or drink allowed in to the venue and only 3 food vans to cater for 1000's of people. Queues were taking 1.5-2 hours just to get a burger. Bought in empty bottle for water but no where to fill them up?
No additional screens for the stage so stage couldn't be seen if sitting further away. A black tent was situated right in front of the stage which blocked the view and queues were blocking the view too. Men's urinals have no facilities to wash hands!! Overall stayed for 2 hours and left as so disappointed and not prepared to queue 2 hours for food.
