Absolutely awful!!!!

Event info provided less than 1 hour before the event - no line ups provided online or within the venue!! Only announced 20/30 mins before each act. Staff within the event were unable to help either - all poor organisation from the organisers! No readmission allowed either which is unheard of at festivals!!!

No personal food allowed within the event but the organisers decided it would be a good idea to only provide 3 food stalls for thousands of people - over 2 hour queues for overpriced & undercooked food! No dietary or allergen information available on any stands either!

Long waits between each acts with no entertainment in between.

Waltzers placed next to the stage which blared out music so loud you could not hear the acts from the rear of the venue

VIP area was a small section behind Harris fencing - crap view of the stage and too small to fit everyone who purchased VIP tickets - the bar was a good size but drinks were more expensive than the standard bars which had no queues. Most VIPs were sitting in the main arena. Entry queues for VIPs longer than standard entry!!

Such as shame as the acts were all okay and brought a lot of energy - but the crowd/atmosphere was ruined by the poor facilities - making it an awful day overall!!! We left before the last two headliners as we needed food after being in the venue for 8 hours already.

Overall it was a miserable day which no one appeared to enjoy - I would not recommend look-a-like to anyone and will not be attending any future events.

We purchased the VIP tickets and it was a total waste of money. We decided to go in the main area, as the VIP area was like a cage and you couldn't see the stage. Very disappointing.

No food or drink allowed yet only three vending food trucks queues over an hour long , VIP area far to small for tickets sold and you couldn't see the stage. Prices of food and drink absolutely ridiculous VIP TOILETS WORSE THAN NORMAL ONES. Music was good but stage too small. Not worth the money compared to other events attended.

Lack of information before event appalling. Disabled parking not near entrance to gated area. Long grass difficult to walk on. VIP area very small, crowded could not walk between people. VIP toilets stank disgustingly, so we used normal loos. Not enough food vendors on site long queues. Extortiante prices for food and drink, £8 for cheese burger, £5 for a small potrtion chips. Could not see any food sellers listing gluten or allergy advice so if you cant buy suitable food your stuffed as cant take in. If we had paid full price for VIP I would be so made right now as could not access that area. Would not recommend and will be checking out FAQ before booking another outdoor event. They dont even reply to emails. You google and all you get referred to is buy tickets page. We missed Queen as this was the last act, shame we would like to have seen that, but due to exit being right up the other end and trying to get a disabled person out of the arena we left when 'Beatles were due to go on', who wants to see the Beatles, would have preferred Bowie at 6pm not at 12pm when people were arriving on site. VIP tickets waste of money could not use small facilities.

ABBA,Queen and Elton John were in my opinion the best, they got the crowds going. Venue was a mess. Firstly I confirmed it was okay to bring my own food in (I have Coeliac disease) and on arrival got told by the security I had to hide my food if I wanted to eat it as people would ask questions??? Only 3 food stalls with none catering for allergies and not enough food stalls for the hundreds of people there. Queues were hours long. Drinks were ridiculously overpriced (bottle of alcohol £140+) water tasted HORRIBLE. 2 fair rides costing £5pp. It was such a small venue and did not seem family friendly at all. The smell of the toilets were horrible. They advertised several acts on social media but they never came on and we waited 30 mins- 1 hour for the next act to come on with no knowledge of who it actually was gonna be. They said on arrival that sealed bottles of water were okay to bring in but did not say this online? They said that there were chairs on-site but there weren't. Rubbish organisation tbh. To top it all off they placed a black box in the centre so people were sat well far back either side of it because you couldn't see in the middle. Don't bother with it.

One big bar & a small bar that ripped you off £3 for a small, plastic cup of c**e & £3 for a weak coffee, £140 of you wanted a bottle of Grey Goose vodka. 3 food venues where the queues were at least 50 mins long (pizza van was banging though) but even that was £14 for medium pizza! We didn't stay until the end, we'd had enough, wanted something sweet to eat & because the selection was poor we went elsewhere. Heard David Bowie, sounded ok, Elton was pretty good, Spice Girls not so good, Oasis were pretty good although the bloke was trying too to hard to be Liam & the Beatles were ok. Day was made bearable because I went with some good mates & we had a laugh.

Taking away sandwich on entry but only 3 food trucks for hundreds of people. Really bad for people to queue for so long. If temperature had been high you would have had people collapsing. VIP toilets stank of urine. vIP area was crowded and visibility to stage poor. Too long to wait between acts and no list of acts. Thought the stage would have been larger and the music louder. We left at 6pm v disappointed

The fact that car parking permits were cancelled 48 hours before the event made it hard to park anywhere near had to use park and ride bus which also meant a lot of walking plus as it was a Sunday the last bus back was at 6.30 so was really a waste of time effort and money wouldnt go again the promoters never replied to email to why the parking was cancelled then the food and drink prices were over the top so all in all a very poor experience

Ticket price was fine but the F&B is such a let down. I would rather pay more to get in and be able to bring a small picnic/limited drink. To not be able to bring anything g it at all is appalling.

If you insist on this set up, you must have more food vendors. An hr and a half que for £6.50 cheesy chips is just not acceptable.

You need sweets/crisps/stuff for kids too, it's a family event?!

So I bought two vip tickets for me and my partner. The ticket said 'jump the queue' which was very convincing as I have back condition which makes it really hard to stay in one place for longer than 10mins. HOWEVER, when we arrived, there were two queue lines. One for those without VIP tickets and the other with vip tickets. How surprised I was when o realised that people without VIP tickets entered long before we could. We were standing there like donkeys waiting to be served. We paid extra to have extra options and none of them were good. Moreover, the vip area was in a place where the stage could NOT BE SEEN. Besides very small for the amount of people that bought vip tickets. I felt like in a chicken cage. Food was disgusting and expensive. For a beer and small bottle of water I paid 12 pounds! Disgraceful! We went home after 30 mins so we didn't waste whole day in this place. Awful organisation of the 'festival'.

The VIP area needed to be bigger as we were cramped together and the fence separating standard and VIP needs to be smaller as our vision was reduced and we felt caged in. Food stalls were limited to 3 choices and the queues were over 90 minutes long and we missed seeing one of the groups. But I would definitely go again if these changes could be made.

There was no line up information beforehand or even on the day. Too long in between acts. Food was ridiculous, can't bring your own in but only 3 food vans for the whole event - I spent 2.5 hours in a queue and missed spending time with friends and enjoying the music. I would not recommend or go again.

An organisational shambles. VIP Queue Jump: standard tickets got entry before some of the VIP ticket holders! Not allowed to take in food: I saw people with small suitcases with picnics happy eating away: at the gate the security staff wanted to take my mints!! VIP area: a very high fence that spoiled the view of the stage. Felt more like a prisoner! Food trucks: Only 3, over 2 hours to queue and overpriced. Toilets: They were staffed but the smell was horrendous. Put some thought into the organisation of the event, and maybe more people would come away feeling that they'd had a great day out for the money instead of feeling ripped off!
PS: Elton John should have been moved up the programme and replaced the Spice Girls - a far superior act

Had a great dance, but have given 3 stars for music, as there was a lot of repetition in the choice of tracks, when in fact there are so many more tracks from the '90s that could have been played. Entry price was ok, drinks were quite pricey. There ought to have been a free water point but there was none. There were enough toilets, as I never had to wait too long, and the loo rolls were even replenished in the evening. Everyone looked to be having a good time; staff and public were friendly.
