No food and drinks allowed in but very little choice of both food and drink at the event. Only 3 food stands, which was ridiculous! Waiting for 2-2 1/2 hours in a queue to be served.
Such a shame as the music and atmosphere was good.

We had a really good day and night. The only thing we were not impressed with was the vip. For how much we paid I don't think the vip area was very good it was a tiny little area and was not what we were expecting at all. We also ended up getting in the que in the main area as was a lot quicker

Ridiculous!! Girl served me my drinks while eating a wrap 𤢠a family event????? Everyone was STARVING
Not allowed to take food ( fair enough)
Not allowed to leave
And come back.
3 food vendors. We queued the whole time . Approx 2 hours. What a disaster. Very bad events organiser. Staff young and inexperienced. Nothing good. Weather was lovely , that was good. There were children in tears ,everyone wanted food!!!!!!!!!! The staff all had their sandwiches and wraps but we had NOTHING. Very bad do not recommend.

Review of Save The Rave: Outdoor 90's Festival - Norwich!
Having been to previous events here as I live locally , not run by yourselves, but at this venue . Think there was always going to be comparisons made.
Right up to arriving I was also wondering whether I'd booked the right thing, trying to find info to support my wondering was was very hard , as nothing set in concrete, and very vague. Just a few FAQs.
However as prices lower than previous organizers, we went for VIP option. Got here at 11.30am was baffled by lack of people, but thgt as opened at 12 that maybe why. Abd fact ravers usually come later??
Got in VIP queue to find the standard tickets were moving faster so they queue jumped us!!. Finally got in to head to VIP area , very small !! The highlight, having been to these before was the clean loos, however on entering they already stank ,It was 12.30pm!!.
Brought my empty water bottle to re fill in , and to save any issues getting in , as previously had water stations...there was nothing . Not very environmental!! So I had to buy a £3 one from bar . My friends and I frequented Vip bar Hooches for them and waters and C**es for me. I'm no skin flint but I'm not a wine or big other drinker. At £150..00 a bottle I thank God I wasn't.
Saw one big crowd in middle of VIP sat on deck chairs all day...previous organizers had a Hawaiian type theme area with personalised dj , atmosphere picnic table so you had something to sit on . I get its a rave etc , but VIP only bonus for us was fact could get drink quicker, and to the loo quicker, with toilet roll , refreshed more often than previous years , however no water on site fairly quickly in day meant some issues coming back. So to be fair although price better as booked in January, I didn't get full on treatment as if you were a VIP.
Acts:- the dj sets in between were decent, some couldve disappeared earlier, but got crowd going especially Phats and Small, brilliant and N Trance , Ultra beat, others not so much but you get that at events some you prefer.
Food.:- Shame you don't let local get Cafe involved as that would help them and you....as only Three food stands. We got our £8 loaded fries from Pizza one there , got alot for that so I was happy.
Pizzas looked fab too. We luckily left dancing earlier than act finishing and got in a very small queue, and was served quickly and food was lovely enjoyed it.
Another years option, would say Would've like say Jacket potato van , or chips van and missed a treat with sweet van like doughnuts or crepe thing something sweet . Even Ice cream van.
Saw there were two fair ground rides, no other craft stalls or anything, one on the road as you walked in but nothing there.
Not many bins around either.
So Myself and two friend's got there from 11.30 and left 5 mins before the 10pm , so we had a full on Day . Luckily weather helped too. So we got our monies worth in that respect, and had a laugh too.
For Future events:-
I would say ramp up VIP area make it bit bigger, make us feel important/special, put some seating in there even just picnic tables. Get water stations, more food options, use local Cafe, stalls to look around, bins.
Make it clearer whos on the line up, and if bought standard tickets bring this in , or if bought Vip tickets bring this in, we read no chairs as standing event then saw people bringing those in !!! Allow us some food small amounts , snack items fruit, I like sandwiches and Crisps just to tie me over , usually bought from local Cafe , however not been able too past two times this one included. Then I always buy from vendors at events for evening options.
Just keep people up to speed as some aren't so lucky as myself living locally. I've read comments for next day with similar expressed issues but x100 worse cos third day of events there, but not accounted for amount attending.
Like I said my party had a good time , spent all day here, despite things I've raised . We'll see what next year brings as this is our annual girly summer get together. So now you know how it flows some lessons learnt hopefully.

Review of Save The Rave: Outdoor 90's Festival - Norwich!
I bought a VIP ticket as I needed the advertised accessibility of seating and extras. There was no seating available to us, what little was provided was being used. There was also a 40 minute queue for the bar. And I didn't notice any other luxuries that I would usually expect from a VIP ticket. The saving grace was the music. But the VIP experience was lackadaisical, and a con for all the extras that I'd usually expect to come with a ticket that's twice the price of a standard entry. We got served quicker at the standard bar. If you're going to one of the future events, you'll have fun, just don't waste your money on VIP. It was anything but. Oversubscribed and lazy. Very disappointing for a disabled raver.

Sold too many VIP tickets, so no room or view of stage, VIP toilets leaking with urine all over floor.
All food removed before entry, so completely reliant on food trucks, not enough food stands queues for these were over an hour.
More that 7 pounds for a single shot and over 11 for double, rip off.
Music was ok, but factors above completely outweighed this.
Poor quality rip off, avoid!

Shocking organisation. No set times available so either attend for full 10 hours (I couldnât, I have dogs) or miss your favourites - which happened for me. Canât take food in but only 3 vendors so people queued for literally hours. VIP area was behind a big fence and with a poor view of the stage, and was more crowded than the main area. VIP bar did not have decent lager for sale, had to go to main bar for that. Spice Girls were probably the worst live act Iâve ever experienced.

We paid extra for VIP. The area was to the side of the stage so had to leave VIP to see anything. Waiting 30 mins to get a drink. Only a few chairs and some people had their own chairs with them., but it said we could take them in.! As for the toilets they absolutely stunk and were very dirty and wet on the floor.
It was not worth paying extra for the VIP area.

No information on the line up and what times bands were playing. Stopped from bringing a picnic in. Have been coming to Earlham Park events for years and can always bring in picnics.
Oasis and Beatles bands werenât very good. ABBA tribute was good. But, on the whole it wasnât a good event.
Definitely would not go to another one. Waste of money really.
