Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
I was really disappointed with club class shower and toilets. a group of 6 of us paid for this area to find on every visit it was dirty in both the toilets and showers. the shower curtains were mouldy, used sanity items left in the shower, razors and dirty underwear. these items where still there the next day. after paying extra I didn't even use the toilets as the porter loos on site where cleaner. I have been to this event before and zooloos was company providing the showers, toilet and pamper area....They where always clean, smelt fresh and clean. someone would clean the porter shower and toilets for next person couldn't recommended they enough, which is why I chose the purchase club class thinking it would be the same, however they left all of as disappoint and let down by there service. I would not recommended them.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Long queues. Expensive. Not disabled friendly even thought checked at time of booking.
Unable to use pamper facilities as too small and squashed in. Not possible to get wheel chair in the area.
Showers very small and dirty curtains. Toilets too small and smelly.
Staff however very friendly.0

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Sundown was amazing but the club class pass was not. Do not waste your money on the skiddle club class pass. I had a pass last year and it was great but the festival had doubled in size this year and the club class facilities had not. Queues were ridiculous - I could not use the showers or the toilets for the whole 3 days and there were much shorter queues for the normal toilets. These passes had been over sold. It was a complete waste of money and I would not bother again. Just a money making excercise for Skiddle, no benefit whatsoever for campers. Fantastic festival though.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
The actual festival was amazing but clubclass made out like you were going to have this big pamper room that could fill loads of people and you could sit down to do your makeuup and hair, you had to stand up and there was about space for only 30 people and they definitely sold a lot of wristbands, I also queued for an hour for the showers at 10am, they make out like it’s this luxury pampering area and it’s really not it’s just some average toilets and really bad showers with grotty curtains, but the staff were great fun and lovely every time.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
It was the complete opposite of what was being sold on the website. The luxury VIP area was awful as the ‘hot showers’ were filthy and gross including used pads stuck of to the side of the cubicles. The portable toilet were cleaner than the VIP toilet and the beauty station was dirty and the mirror were far back which led to us doing our makeup back near our tent. Due to this I would personally not recommend this festival to other and would like a refund for the VIP pass as the queues were that long I only managed to use the VIP area once and had to wait 1hour to get in.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Amazing experience only downfall was the fact it was a money making machine designed to spend as much money as possible. £2.75 to get money out then would buy water at campsite but wouldn’t be allowed to take in unless sealed which is ridiculous. Also couldn’t take other drinks in like sprite even if it was sealed.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
My sister and I decided that we wanted to try club class so that we could have a good time at the festival without worrying about smelling. I read through the description on the website and saw the good pictures they had, so we were excited. When we arrived and we went to use the fascilities we were extremely disappointed.
The toilets were just like the portaloos but with a proper toilet in there. The space was very crammed and didn’t feel like luxury at all. The whole block stunk Saturday evening to the point I almost threw up. The water also didn’t work in any of them and when I told the lady at the front, who stunk of alcohol and slurred her words, she said they’d fix them tomorrow.
We arrived to have a shower at 8 on Saturday morning, the queue was extremely long and we waited 45 minutes. The showers were really dirty with shower curtains instead of doors. The girl in front of us, who had been last year, said the club class was bigger and better than it was now. I thought to myself ‘well the website said this year was going to be better than last year’ so this clearly wasn’t true and miss sold to me on the website. The showers were also warm, verging on cold, not hot. My sister and I came out the showers just as a lady came in shouting for everyone to get changed in the changing room to speed the queue up. I thought to myself well no, I wouldn’t have wanted to get changed in the changing room, I’ve paid a lot of money for this and I don’t feel comfortable with a huge line of people looking at me getting changed!
The pamper area was packed Saturday so we couldn’t use it. There was about 16 hair dryers and hair straighteners with no seating as was shown on the website. On Sunday morning a whole table wasn’t working. It really wasn’t good enough! I wouldn’t pay out for it again!
