well worth paying for as there was no que for the toilets but the pamper lounge needed to be larger to fit all those using it in. however the website did not mention passes could b purchased on arrival for £10 a day, having only camped from Friday o Monday, i arrived dressed and ready Friday and left early Monday so did not make use of the pass on those two days meaning if i had purchased two day tickets it would have been cheaper

Awful. Showers hurt your feet I recommend taking shoes in. There was no where to sit while you wait. sofas wouldn't have gone a miss. Half the toilets were over following and locked. The smell was vile that you could deal with but no water to was your hands with. We had to go BUY anti bac sanitiser so every time we went to the loo we could wash our hands and the staff were not on top of the loo roll as that was empty in most of the loos too. The pamper lounge needed brighter lights and extension leads for phone charging. All in all it was fine but last SUNDOWN festival zoo loos did the toilets and were far better and bad everything I just stated. Going from paying one promise and gettive a greate service to paying the same price this year. Expecting the same service. It was a let down

Brilliant facilities. Didn't get to use the showers as queues were massive but not your fault just the amount of people wanting to use them.
It was worth paying the money for the toilets alone!!

Club class Not worth the money . Advertised hot showers but only 2 showers which meant huge q or don't bother . Won't be buying this again - save your money . Star ratings are for club class pass not festival festival is great !

Facilities not as good as last year when ZooBells did showers.
Expect to Que for over an hour at 'peak times' - 8.30-1pm!
No where in shower to put bag/clothes to stop from getting wet.
Showers not cleaned/monitored..only two members of staff visible (during peak time) at the entry desk.
When staff informed that showers weren't clean I was challenged that I was mistaken!

I think that for the price we have paid for the use of "luxury" facilities is far too much. While the toilets do flush, they could be kept much cleaner. The showers smell awful and so I will not be using this particular facility.
