Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
£30 for 3 days to use fresh clean toilet (no always clean) and having a hot shower which was lukewarm and waiting about an hour to go at 8am was a bit ridiculous.. but apart from that everything was good.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
I was very in happy with the club class venue that was offered this year. The previous year the festival offered zoo Loos and I was so pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the toilet facilities and shower facilities. Where as club class was in clean every time I visited and had a horrendous smell of urine throught the whole weekend. So over all I was very dis satisfied with my club class experience.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Line up was a lot worse than last year, the camping area was to far from the main gate, food was expensive around £8 for some noodles and some chicken,We paid extra for the posh toilets that by Sunday were just as bad and the regular ones.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
The showers and toilets provided were of a good quality on the Saturday, however by Sunday morning no water was coming out of the taps and the lock on the shower I used was broken and the hook on the door was missing. Towels and toiletries could have been provided or at least recommended to bring. I was not able to acquire a makeup station in the pamper lounge on either day as there were no spaces until the afternoon and most of the hairdryers had overheated so were unable to work. The heat from the hairdryers made the room an uncomfortable temperature and the noise of the hairdryers meant the music was unable to be heard. The price advertised on the website (£25) seemed very reasonable however after added booking fees the total came to £32.75 per person for the whole weekend (with other options) and it was advised that tickets should be purchased quickly as there were a limited number, so I was disappointed to see that day passes were on sale at the site for £10, which would have been better suited as I did not use the facilities on the Friday of the festival. Overall the facilities were a great use at the festival and it is a great idea which is why I have left detailed feedback for the facilities to be improved in the future.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
It was ok at best, seemed to be half the number of showers and toilets as last year at more than double the price - particularly annoying to see them selling per visit passes when they'd been plugging that you had to buy a weekend pass. Basically they had a monopoly and took full advantage.
