Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Went to this event last year, it was outside and had an amazing time. For some reason when we got in the venue we saw if was in door, sound was no where near as good as last year, no atmosphere, all food and drink was way overpriced. Wouldn't go again unless it was outside.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
We was expecting this event to be in the open not in a "big barn". So if you was more then half way back to sound wasn't good. A good back up if the weather forcast was for rain! It's says family friendly but was nothing for children to do . Afew had brought footballs to play with but nowhere to play. The video's promoting this event make it look alot better than it was, I don't think I was the only one disappointed

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
It was supposed to be an outside event but it was inside a shed. We found a space inside the shed with our chairs but was quite far back & could hardly hear the music there was a speaker near us but it wasn't working, inside there it just sounded muffled combined with people talking, alot of people had to sit outside but u could not hear the music at all out there. So that was a waste of time coming to listen or see them on stage as you couldnt. There was a small dance floor you could go to near stage but had to leave yur chairs etc. I would not recommend the venue with it inside.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Awful. Was charged a tenner to park onsite for a start. This was billed as an outdoor event but the acts were set up inside an auction hall with concrete floor. Zero atmosphere. We decamped to the carpark!!!! outside to sit in the sun. Lots of people left early because it was so s**te. The acts weren't too bad, Elton John was good and the Spice girls were okay. We left after that. Half the line up was missing! The food and drinks prices are an utter rip off too. A fiver for a small portion of fries!

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Not outdoors as advertised, tried to scam for parking on the way in, couldn't take sprays or anything over 100ml of liquids, food and drink extortionate prices, venue inside a hangar and terrible sound quality. Not a real festival but a poor excuse and half hearted attempt.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Shocking waste of time and money! £10 car parking, 3 cars £30, a treat for friends, just awful. Couldn't hear the music as the waltzers were louder! The hanger the artists were in was crammed, so poor!

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Very expensive parking, rip off prices for food and drink. No ice cream van or waffle/donut stall! Stage in large hanger which made it sound awful. Will definitely not go again! No schedule released before going ! Not all acts that were advertised even played! AVOID LOAD OF RUBBISH!!!

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
The venue was a horrible hangar looking building with concrete floors. It would have been better outside which is possible at Newark showground. The list of bands announced in the week before did not represent the lineup that was provided, with 6 bands missing. Based on the actual lineup it was quite disappointing. Where everyone was sitting outside in the sun in what is usually a car park, there was rubbish and cigarette ends. The actual toilets were very poorly looked after, I've seen portaloos which have been in a better state.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
It was a lovely day but we were all coupled up in what looked like a barn or plane hanger. It is suppose to be open air. Toilets were disgusting at the very start of the festival when booming there was no information with regard to what yiu ciukd taje in as it turned out only water in sealed bottles. Water was £3 a bottle a pint was £7 or £6 fir a bottle and foid was very expensive. I went to Grern Gsthering pints were £5 food was healthy and reasonable. I woukd not go to lookalike festival again

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
The ladies toilets were in a bad state. Several toilets were out of action as blocked and dirty. Think that it wasn't good to not be able to take in food. Need healthier options!!
Understand about the fluid reason. Took my own bottle for water.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Acts were good especially ABBA, Queen and Elton. Shame the act list is not shared prior to on the day, some definite changes to what we had thought. Food & drink outlets are priced as expected for a festival, but food choice is minimal. Quick service, especially at bars, area kept clean, toilets could be supervised more, but adequate supply. Parking was easy, not sure everyone paid, strange set up! Overall a fun day out.

Would not recommend
Purchased tickets for an OUTDOOR festival only on arrival to find the stage to be in a dirty and unappealing building best described as a converted aircraft hanger.
So we all sat sweltering indoors sat on a concrete floor whilst the sun was shining outside.
Loads of people left because it was not at all as advertised.
Organiser and ticket seller misled their customers describing the event as outdoors and publishing images which gave a completely false impression.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Not an outdoor concert, held in a large " shed" outdoor space was concrete and gravel,no grass at all, cordoned off with wire fencing no access to grassed areas.
No food or drink permitted to be taken in to venue.Food prices expensive.Generally very disappointing as I had organised this trip for a group of friends
