Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
Good and varied selection of Vendors. The entry process was a joke. The queue to enter was 4 deep and 100 mtrs long! and they weren't even doing bag searches! If we hadn't been advised to seek out the much shorter, queue jump queue (which had no relevance it seemed), we would have turned back, even though we pre-booked tickets. Once inside it was evident the gated the area was going to be far too small to accommodate the approaching queue - certainly not enough area to sit on rugs to enjoy any music. We didn't stay longer than to eat some very expensive churros. There wasn't enough to tempt us back on the second day.

Very long queque to get in but was nice as it kept the queques inside short and sweet. Stage could have a bit more to it or even more live entertainment or entertainment for kids at some point. Loved the view and atmosphere. Needed more space for seating and picnics as was hard to walk around people to get to food at points queques we’re going into peoples picnic areas as not many places to sit.

I expected that having to reserve tickets would take capacity into account… but no I could not get in the queue was so long we gave up and found a really nice place in Poole to eat instead. I won’t bother with this food festival in the future. The Christchurch one is much better

Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
Went on Friday night, weather was not good, cold, windy and raining at times resulting in not many people there. Good for us, little or no queuing for food stalls but not good for the stall holders. Tried some different foods. I believe it was very busy on Saturday.

Poorly managed, not large enough enclosed venue to handle the number of customers that would turn up with free tickets. Queue was about 2 hours long reportedly, we left to get food elsewhere. Optional paid tickets (queue skipping) are then no longer optional but a requirement to be able to get in. Just charge everyone a cheaper fare rather than optional (NOT optional in reality) pricey tickets.

Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
Unfortunately we were expecting something a little bigger with more food street options that could actually accommodate everyone, there was always a huge queue due to the venue being a little small I believe. The prices were high I thought, as I paid £10 for a wrap. Also paid £5 jumping queue which for me wasn't really worth it, as we had to queue for 15min anyway and the drinks that was given to us were warm.
We love going to festivals but unfortunately this one won't be one that we recommend

Had to use this app to ‘purchase’ free tickets…data capture no doubt but then turned up to event to join an hour long 100metre queue of ‘not happy’ customers as such a slow process to get in….we waited for 20mins and left…not impressed!

Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
Food was just overpriced festival food vans - nothing special or tasters that you would expect from a food festival. Not enough seating - tables reserved despite hardly anyone being there and the music was blaring under the only bit of seating area. Pretty disappointing.

Did not expect it to be so small for the area could of been a lot more there and the pruces could of been lowered for the type of event, in fact a entry fee of say £10 per head and the food free to a certain extent.
