Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
The queue was so long you were forced to pay for queue jump tickets. Seemed like a deliberate ploy to me. Just be honest and charge £5 for entry next time if that's what you want to do, and provide a timeslot. Given we just walked in last year it was a real shock.

Good thing that this was a free event to attend as the stall prices were ridiculous, street food is supposed to be affordable, creative and adventurous; the stalls here were just food stalls, £10 for a curry wrap, £8 for a few halloumi fries, £6 for 3 small onion bahjis that were air fried to reheat. The average dish price was around £10 and that wasn’t even something very big. I wouldn’t not recommend this festival if you are interested in food at all, no entertainment until 4pm either, you’d be better off going to the quay for fish and chips.

Great atmosphere (the weather helped) and we’ll organised.
Prices are ‘silly’ £10-14 for pretty much everything - even £7 for a small portion of Churros and £5 for a small portion of chips….
Clearly there’s no cost of living crisis in the Poole area?!

Although a free event to attend, the food was very expensive. Could do with the vendors spreading out more as there was much more space available, this in turn would mean they wouldn't have had to restrict numbers which caused a huge queue

Badly organised. We queued for a long time only to have a girl come up to us to ask if we wanted to queue jump. So we did then got told our QR code wasn't a queue jump one after we had come out the queue! Prices were a rip off!

We attended Sunday but was put off seeing the long queues to enter on Saturday, however we did go and it was OK, live bands would have been better than disco!! Food stalls were good but not many and not much space to sit, it needs to be bigger.
