Queued up for 45 minutes just to get in as there was only one person on the gate !!!!! Food was overpriced and average, nothing special and as for advertising c**ktails, there was onw stall selling just Rum based c**ktails nothing else !! Im Glad i didnt pay to get in, we stayed about 15 minutes and 10 of that was queuing for food, RUBBISH !!!

Wildly long queues for a free event.!!
Badly planned and arranged. Decided not to queue for 2+ hours- very disappointed! Not many local events remain and this one had potential to be great, unfortunately trying to sell £5 queue jump tickets was more important than having a great event for locals and visitors alike.

Way too small venue. Queue stretched across the park for nearly a mile and then it went down to one-in-one-out for most of the rest of the day. My friends had VIP tickets, queued for 2 hours and couldn't get in. Rip off prices: I bought 2 wraps, churros, and 6 drinks and it cost...... £140!! And that was with VIP tickets. A portion of 6 dumplings was.. £15 QUID!!! What the hell!! Lock people in a tiny area and then charge them the earth.

Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
Of all the street food festivals that are around Poole / Bournemouth, this one is the weakest. Not many stalls and some vendors are definitely over priced for the portion you get.
The venue itself is nice.
Good amount of portaloos that were kept in good condition.
Didn't stay for long at all.

Massive queues to get in, spent £60 on lunch for 2 adults and 2 children, this didn't include drinks spend. The food was very overpriced for what it was, I wouldn't go again. Definitely wasn't worth queuing for, also, I fidnt see ant toilets?

The ground space was smaller so felt more cramped , when we arrived mid afternoon on Saturday there was a large queue to get in which while I understand wanting it not to be too crowded - if it hadn’t been such a small fenced off space in what is a huge park there would have been plenty of room for everyone, the prices are all very expensive which I heard was because the vendors are charged so much for pitches . The food certainly didn’t warrant the prices vendors were selling. We have been the last 2 years but I wouldn’t bother attending again and couldn’t recommend it .

Review of Dorset Street Food Festival
The space was organised poorly, was a huge row standing behind the gates and people inside were let in only if someone got out, people were not rushing out and sitting on the ground on blankets with families, so this means people were standing for hours. Also there were not enough seating place for people to eat.

Got off to a slow start - I was turned away of Friday morning at midday as they had to delay the opening. When I went back on Sunday there was no queue so I had no advantage from my fast track ticket. Would have liked to have seen a few more stalls, but it was OK.

Nothing for children except face painting which had a permanent long queue one bar serving alcohol which also had a huge queue .should of had two or three bars to serve that amount of people. No food for children what about having an ice cream stall or or a sweets stall or healthy snacks. .asked to buy some Strawberries for the children from the pancake stall was declined.no entertainment for children how about a few funfair rides or a bouncy castle.one guy with a guitar I'm the lead singer in a five piece band, his.voice was pretty average not great at all, why not get on a few different bands .all in all whole thing has room for lots of improvement.massive queue for entry and for what ! A few food stalls and a guy singing badly .

Bought the full package ticket & arrived Friday 30/06/23. Your information stated that the doors would open at 11:00. Doors didn't open till 12:30. It was windy & raining. People with children had to queue, their belongings were checked before going in. By the time I went in with friends, people were already leaving. Disgruntled parents were saying there was nothing for children, they had to sit on benches outside in the rain, as the tables under cover were reserved. We had a bite to eat and drink and left an hour later. I wasn't directed to, or told where to collect my T-Shirt. Not very happy......didn't bother going back on Saturday or Sunday. Have to say, 'Not very well organised'!

It’s a good location, and the food stalls are good. The only downside was the reserved tables, people just come and sit on them. You get up to go get some food and next thing you know your joined by random group who have taken the table and have to ask them to move. This happened on more than one occasion which sort of ruined the experience and we left shortly after sixth time of telling people to move.
