Two and half hour drive it had taken me to get to this festival,
to be told I’m not aloud food in the venue,
I then walk all the way back to the car as I was not putting all are food in the Bin,
I then buy £30 worth of the tokens and walked around to then realise you did not have one thing available for babies to eat.
I was told if I left the venue I would not be aloud back in, so to avoid any drama I gave up packed up are stuff after only one hour of being in the reggae festival.
I was truly gutted I didn’t get to see who I came all the way to see.
And im more then angry about wasting money on a family event that had nothing available for small babies to eat.
Complete waste of time , effort and money ! And I will be taking my complaints to social media aswell. Thanks for nothing

I find the whole token awful ,and if you can’t take your own refreshments then you provide better ones 😡.
Only one vendor sold hot drinks and no ice cream van really.
Plenty of helpful staff 😀.
But if the token continues I and my friends will not be returning to your gigs . Yes and a reply would be good please Maria Walter

Funfair was too close to the stage area, therefore noise from two directions! Not enough to see like stalls with clothes, hair accessories etc. Voucher scheme extortionate, min £10 purchase ... a joke. Food prices were sky high, bottled water should be no more than £1 ... charging £2 per bottle for a basic essential at a festival is disgusting, we need hydration. Let down that the we had to listen to DJs rather than bands on stage ... poor event

I recommend more good artist and better DJ's
And more food choices.
Plus tokens this worked for some people. Some people found it wrong seeing you don't have an idea fir cost of food and games etc and dint know exactly how much money to spend and there no refund people thought it a rip off.
Worked fir some the tokens but for others it didn't.
But more better artist and venue would have been packed sold out
Also where artist performing Cds we found no one selling there music there and compilation of there music or various artist.
No t shirts etc
Missing arts and crafts from this, music cds, t shirts clothing etc.
Thank you enjoyed jnr Watson, aswad, general levy and reggae roast. All nice but the Dj was not good enough.
But enjoyed overall the day. Good weather good company and food wasn't bad either.
A mixture of Caribbean food would have been nice for.e g. Roti etc
Thank you skiddle for sending the information needed, frequently asked questions and order of line up that was very helpful.

Could only purchase vouchers in increments of £10 rather than £5's as advertised & signs stated. Unhappy with voucher system as seemed to be specifically designed to take advantage of customers. this was due to vouchers bundles not being aligned to drink prices & weren't refundable.

Amazing day/evening. Prices a bit steep for drinks and food but that’s to be expected I think at this time. £8 for a plastic cup of rum punch was a bit excessive. Bag searches were poor. Music really good and rides / games were ok, feel as if more was needed for the full day. Token system was awkward whilst it was windy but also received a ripped token when told people at the bars wouldn’t accept ripped ticket however they exchanged this so that was nice. Overall 7.5/10 room for improvement but an amazing evening.

Lovely atmosphere. Good options were a little limited and pricey, alcohol could've been a bit cheaper too.
I'd also recommend having some monitors halfway down the arena to block out the music from the rides as that could be heard over the performers if you were outside of the tent. A very enjoyable day though.

Did not like the token option of payment.
Love the reggae music
Aswad was not on long enough and should have been on earlier
Carribean food tasty but expensive for portion size
Great to have local event but lots of room for improvement
