Parking was disorganised when we arrived at 10.45.
Having to pay for everything with tokens is not good as there is no refund for unspent tokens.
There was a good selection of tribute acts but as we could not find an order for them we missed 2 acts we wanted to see because we had to collect our dog from his "sitter".
We expected the Queen tribut to be the last performance.
We didn't like having to leave our well-behaved dog behind.
In summary, it was great to see a festival in Chesterfield.

The tokens for drinks was shocking I was left with £60 of tokens and when we wanted to go no one would give me money and were over aggressive in the way it was handled. There should be a notice at the kiosk saying non refundable and the staff should also tell you!!
Was treated awful when trying to explain it wasn't clear!

dissapointed we couldn't take our own food! price of the food on site was shocking!!!!a not so cheap day out for a family!!!!also disappointed with the token proceedure! surely cost more money to employ people to sell them!! whats wrong with card and cash payments? wont be attending anymore of your festivals if these dont change!!

Really good day. No massive queues for anything. Toilets clean whilst we were there (didn't stay til end so can't comment) food (pizzas) were lovely and beer was reasonably priced. See you next year 🤞🏻

Great event easy to access with parking available on site
Plenty of space whether you was stood, sat on chair or laid on a blanket
Usual captive audience tho for prices of food,drink and fair ground rides
Overall very enjoyable loved the acts on stage Queen and Oasis was the best!

Disappointed. First few acts were not that good. Not much choice of food and drink. Token system a bit rubbish, felt like money making. Finally 6 toilets ( mixed) for 1000s of people ?!!! Not sure if that is a legal minimum? . Sorry but didn't meet expectations.

I didn't find it reasonable paying £27 for regular ticket to just sit in a field where nothing was included in the price. Everything there to pay for was paid for with tokens that you had to exchange your money for in a booth. Prices for everything were extortionate, music wasn't great but it was a nice day to get the family out together, wouldn't go again.

We paid for VIP tickets for the purpose of having toilets near by on many occasions people in the queues for both male and female toilets did not have the VIP access but yet were allowed to use the facilities- totally unfair when you pay more for a specific reason - also the VIP area has a very restricted view of the stage.

All in all a brilliant event however the Token situation was unnecessary and time consuming and tedious. Would like to see that removed for next year.

Music was like karaoke. Needed tokens to pay for everything which were non refundable, can't take own food and drinks in. Price's extortionate.
