Disaster from start to finish. Queued for over an hour then acts didn’t come on. Waited 2 hours for fleetwood max! Pink was crap, she couldn’t sing a note! Venue was flooded! Awful

Can’t really complain about the acts, the event organisers should of called it off. Due to weather loads got cancelled as it wasn’t safe. I’m wanting a full refund

Zero organisation, late opening gates, half of field wasn’t accessible or clean so it wasn’t open for the three hours we were there.

Hi,

Who do I need to contact to request a refund for the group of 4 tickets I purchased for today.

We attended as a group of 4 today and lasted literally 2 hours (at a push). Elton John was not on who we specifically wanted to see and a few of the other acts changed within days before today. Plus it was literally a mud bath…. Causing my partner to literally get stuck and fall within the mud within a section of the field that wasn’t fenced off.

Very disappointed however completely understand that no one has control of the weather but surely this festival should have been cancelled/ rearranged due to acts changing and the continuous rain all night last night (yellow weather warnings) and today making the field a mud bath so couldn’t even get anywhere near close at all to the main stage even if we wanted to…. It was bad enough as we even got through the main gate!

very poor event, was not as advertised, and really shouldn't have gone ahead with the weather warnings that were in place. they refused to cancel and continued to promise the event would go ahead, yet the doors didn't open until 2.5hrs later, by which time the queue to get in was ridiculous. The first acts were on stage before we even got into the venue so we missed them as it took so long to get in. all the main headline acts were cancelled and there ended up being no music at all on the main stage. absolute shambles, should be refunded.

I’d like a refund!! Event should have been cancelled, unsafe, poor management, half the site was flooded, took hours for bands to play on main stage to find out queen abba and the Beatles were cancelled!

Should have been cancelled. Paid to see acts that didn’t even appear because of the weather. Hundreds still turned up despite the rain to literally listen to the radio as acts didn’t perform. So disappointing!

Very disappointed. Waited 2 hours for an act to come on, acts that were meant to be on weren’t, ones we specifically wanted to watch didn’t come on at all for example Elton John and red hot chilli peppers, I understand the rain can’t be helped but when there’s not acts on it was pointless myself, my partner and my 15month old son were not happy at all.
