Door time postponed by 1 hour 30 minutes. By this time, acts had already performed to no crowd. Went hours just listening to radio songs rather than any acts being on. Main stage was fenced off due to the weather. Main stage later closed and all of the best acts cancelled. Absolutely disappointing and should’ve been cancelled and sent refunds to the buyers.

I think us that paid for VIP shpuld be entitled to a refund as we did not have any vip experience . We were the same as general admission.
Also from 12 pm getting there we only saw 4 acts as others were cancelled

Opened late, the crowd were fenced back over a hundred metres from the stage so you couldn't see anything, waited over 2 hours between main stage acts, some acts were cancelled without notice and then the entire main stage was closed meaning there were none of the last 3 headliners. The event had not prepared for the forecast bad weather and the whole thing was bollc**ks. Fair enough if it had been cancelled due to weather but you can't let people come nd then send them home at 6pm.

Weather was awful and we were separated from the artists. I really hope we get our money back.

Left because for over an hour there was no acts on main stage.... looking forward to some acts that didn't come on... waste of money and time

The event was a complete shambles and should have been cancelled! The organisers only let it go ahead so that they didn’t automatically have to refund people. They’ve been ignoring complaints on Facebook and deleting them from Instagram.

The event was extremely well organised. Queues for bars and toilets were minimal. Security was top notch and entertainment was fantastic

Many acts was cancelled last minuet, no communication from staff, food prices was ridiculous, the speakers was cutting out due to weather, half of main stage was cut of due to weather, was able to see like 2 acts overall bad experience

Event was like a swamp, you was miles aways from stage, opened hours late, no acts for hours just a DJ event should never of gone ahead! After 2 days of event previous the ground was wrecked and water logged and was unsafe for most individuals I wouldn’t recommend this event to anyone

The festival itself it fab it just have been cancelled on this occasion due to appalling weather it was delay by a few hours and then the main stage cancelled by 5pm

It should have been cancelled was an absolute washout and not worth the money we had paid. We had to leave early as it was so poor. Feel like we have been ripped off by the organisers not cancelling to prevent refunds

Should of been cancelled. Gates opened late with artists already playing. Couldn’t get near the main stage. Later acts didn’t materialise.

Absolute washout- should have been cancelled due to ridiculous weather conditions and the site not being fit for the event. Event also ended early as acts were cancelled on the main stage.

Paid for vip tickets not provided, hardly any bands was left over 2 hours with just a DJ !! Absolute rip off

I paid for VIP tickets and had to sit in the rain for 2hours before they opened the gates and then sit in the rain all day cause we’re the VIP but was we couldn’t see anything and the food prices was expensive £10 for a burger
