Better knowledge of set times would be better, I understand it was difficult and the riot was was a shame, security did the best they could

Horrible experience

Waited ages when we arrived, no information about delays, no information about likely timings, no communication on social media. We left before any music on the Main Stage - maybe given better communication we would have made a different decision. The tent seemed ok but almost everyone was crammed in or near it. The food is over priced and of poor quality. At least the tickets weren’t expensive.

This event should have been cancelled due to safety!!
Saw 2 acts, no acts on main stage just a eh for over 3hrs. Main stage field fenced off due to flooding. Purchased VIP tickets no difference to genera admission. Appalling organisation. The weather is no excuse, it’s been forecast for over 1 wk. Felt organisers put money before safety.

Paid for something we didn’t receive!!! Requesting a refund, half the acts didn’t even play- it started late and the acts who were meant to perform later didn’t! Total rip off

Hi ,
The organisation was very poor , weather was raining all day and they were aware about that but no facilities for people at all.
You couldn’t even see the stage due to raining and they stopped people to get it close , every where was full of rubbish , and smell horrible
Nowhere to sit down
Toilets were very dirty
Queueing people before to get in
We didn’t enjoy at all
Most of the people came back home before 5pm however the concert was supposed to finish at 10 pm
I will never recommend this to go.

Got to venue, grass in front of stage flooded so stood 100 metres from stage. No live artists on left the park at 4pm. Payed train tickets, venue and hotel. Gutted this was t cancelled yesterday like the fair ground. Looking forward to a full refund and compensation

it was brilliant shame about weather because very waterlogged and muddy actually thought it would be called off

Really disappointed. Weather is out of anyone’s control but there should have been a contingency plan in place.
