Review of Sign of the Times
Been for three years now and this year was very poor in comparison.
Seems like they are discouraging people arriving in camper vans - the only water provision was about 1km away down a big hill. No showers in the "live in vehicle" field, OK for the motorhome users but not for camper vans.
Paid extra for "posh loos" & they were disgusting & unusable, mens toilets were blocked when we arrived on Friday lunchtime & never unblocked or cleaned all weekend.
VIP area, placed so that you couldn't hear the main stage when the big top was being used - so pretty useless if you wanted to hear the bands on the main stage.
After 3 years, won't be attending again

Great atmosphere. Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful. The toilets were plentiful ( there were enough) There was enough toilet roll too ! The weather was awful and we were concerned about our car being stuck in the mud on the Sunday, so we just came for Friday and Saturday. All of bands were brilliant. We wanted to hear The hot house flowers warm up but the piped music drowned them out . I thought the early bird ticket £ 99.00 was good value for money. A big thank you - we will be back next year.

A simple fun laidback music festival with a friendly vibe. Bands seem to enjoy the festival as much as the crowd. Not too crowded and very relaxed allowing camping chairs and snacks to keep you comfortable. It's been fun for family (and dog) and a great time to enjoy music past and present.

This is a GREAT small festival. We loved the atmosphere. It was well organised, this was proven by the level of care taken when it rained really heavily and the event orginisers put down loads of straw to at least make areas passable. The toilets were kept clean and well stocked. In terms of music it did well to get really good bands. Without being rude to those bands, some were a bit B-listers but my goodness there was fantastic music. I would definitely go again. thanks Sign of the Times.

music was great, loved all the bands and the quality of the sound was superb. Glamping was less successful - too many tents squeezed into a small area, no outdoor seating areas, and no sign of pamper station. Posh loos definitely not posh and showers didn't work. Mud atrocious - obviously that's not the sign of the times fault, but they could have been more proactive as heavy rain had been forecast. So all in all I would go again, but with reservations, and will make my feelings known about the glamping and the mismatch of what was promised with what was actually there.

Had a great 3 days at SOTT, some brilliant bands on this weekend, despite the awful weather and mud, everyone just got on with it and had a great time. Some very good food stalls and delicious food. Will be back for our 4th SOTT in 2025.
