Told would remain open regardless of weather. Sat through heavy rain in the open and watched acts perform with long intervals I between, then they cancelled after waiting an hour for cian ducrot to come on at 10pm only to be told it was cancelled due to dangerous weather especially when the rain had stopped. We got there at 5pm and wasted 5 hours. Getting out was chaotic due to early finish and the way car park was organised. No one checked preparing so I paid for nothing basically. Won't be attending anymore solo events anymore. Awaiting further info regarding refunds/ compensation.

Was advertised as won't be cancelled due to weather yet the act we all went to see was cancelled at the last minute and blamed the weather. No refund yet. Disabled accessibility was poor at best. Long gaps between acts. Would not recommend solo live at all. £200 down the drain by the looks of it!

Very disappointed that the act we payed £90 to see didn't perform due to weather conditions, yet a message was put out prior to the event to inform people attending to dress appropriately as the event would not be cancelled due to adverse weather. It was advertised gates opened at 5:00pm, however people were not allowed in until gone 5:30pm. We waited in the weather through heavy rain downpours and were soaking, but continued to wait to see Cian Ducrot, by 10:10pm (less than an hour left to go before the end of the event) an announcement was made to say that Cian would not be performing due to the weather- it was unclear initially if this was a joke or genuine, however staff started getting frustrated with people who were trying to sort lifts an hour earlier than arranged, and were telling people they had to move and leave the site. It's unclear why this didn't go ahead as the weather at this point was dry, however we lost £90, waited hours and got soaking wet for nothing. Many of the staff were friendly and tried their best to keep the venue clean and tidy, however overall very disappointed.

Was really disappointed the same as every other person that spent money to see the headliner of the concert. And after standing in the rain for 5 hours and watching the stage crew get everything ready to be told he won't be coming on and leave safely is absolutely disgusting. Your website stated when ordering tickets that it was an outdoor concert and it would not be cancelled due to weather.

The acts that did play and the venue itself in Margam park were fantastic. However, the main act not choosing to perform due to "adverse weather conditions" was ridiculous and unfair on all those who paid to attend and waited for over an hour whilst the staff setup the stage with absolutely no communication at all. No wind or rain had fallen for well over an hour and no such "health and safety" issues were present. I will be expecting a full refund.

All above was good however cian durkot did not come on and waited over an hour for them to tell us he had to pull out. A refund should be given for this even as we paid to see him and he did not perform! No refund has been given!

Very annoying that we stood in the wind and rain all evening for the support acts, and yet the main headliner cancelled due to the weather half hour after the last support act finished. No offer of a refund. Very very poor show.

Main act didn't turn up as the weather ruined his equipment. Solo events should have ensured this was kept dry from the beginning knowing rain was due. Poor poor effort!

We all waited in the rain for hours and then they cancelled Cian's performance. Totally understand the need for safety but the organisation was abysmal, it could have been cancelled a lot earlier so that we weren't also put at risk getting soaked waiting around for something that wasn't going to happen.
