Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!! The support acts were good but we stood for 5 hours in a field where there were heavy rain showers, to be told 2 mins before Cian was due on stage that he wouldn't be performing!!! There were families with young children who got soaked!!!! I want my money back please!!!

We only saw support acts we wouldn't have booked to see. Cian was stopped from coming on stage by management because weather had apparently damaged equipment. We were left waiting over an hour to be told to leave immediately because of this. It had been advertised that the concert would not be cancelled in bad weather only for it to be cancelled an hour after he was due on. No apologies, offer of refund or any contact off tge event organisers. Highly disappointing!

waited with my 10 year old daughter in the rain for Cian to start and he cancelled 45 minutes after he was supposed to start!! Not happy won't be paying to see him again!!

Didn't get to see Cian because they cancelled just before he came on. We waited all day for him through the rain and everything just for it to be cancelled just before he was meant to come on. So very disappointed!!

Brilliant event more needs to be done about weather proofing the stage and prices on food were stupid money. Gutted Cian didn't perform but hopefully summing will be resolved

The main act which everyone paid for did not turn up on stage, it was cancelled in the very last minute after everyone had been standing waiting for 45 minutes ! We should be entitled to a refund or a new date to see Cian Ducrot. Absolutely disgusted at the last minute cancellation and hours of waiting around to see him. Only bought the ticket to see him as other artists were not advertised at the time of purchase so the money was given purely to see Cian who did not perform. Feel scammed if nothing is done to rectify this.

Dissatisfied that the main singer of the evening chose not to perform due to rain. All other performers had no issues.

Cian Ducrot the main act didn't come on! He has led his fans to believe that solo advised him not to go on for health and safety reasons, yet the previous three acts performed in the weather. Solo also stated that concert would t be cancelled for weather conditions. Devastated was an understatement. And Cian didn't even come on to deliver the announcement himself leaving young children bewildered and upset . It was horrific

For a company that promotes music events nation wide, you would expect them to put protection up for the stage in the scenario of rain. There was rain forecasted and everyone had planned for it so you think the promotion company would of and not try reacting to it half way through a warm up act trying to put protection up for the stage. It was also advertised on the website when ordering tickets that this would not be cancelled due to weather, whilst all warm up acts played through the rain the main act was unable to play whilst it wasn't even raining. This is all down to poor planning. However the acts who did play were very good. Lastly for an event that was advertised as a family event, there was someone smoking drugs at the front of the stage area around families and kids, clearly shows that correct searches were not completed.

It was still enjoyable even with the weather and the acts who did play were very good and appreciated the crowd for dancing and enjoying the acts during the weather, the feeling while leaving the venue and hearing everyone talk was confusion that all acts could perform during the rain except the main act.

It was advertised as Cian Ducrot at Margam Castle & he was the only one that didn't perform. If there was any concern about the weather (even thou the promoter email said it would still go ahead despite any bad weather) why didn't they get him onstage earlier & scrap the support acts?? I am disabled and also tried to get accessible tickets, I had a reply to the first email I sent then nothing after that. Solo Promotions should be ashamed of themselves!!!
