Waited all night through episodes of wind and rain to hear Cian only to be told 50 minutes before end of gig that he couldn't perform due to the weather. The rain had stopped at this time and the other artists had performed through the rain. I completely understand that the safety of the artist is paramount however I do believe that they would have known sooner that he couldn't perform and if they had informed us everyone could have gone home earlier to get out of the wind and rain. I do hope that the organisers are looking at how they can compensate all that attended.

It was a shame that it states on their T&Cs the concert will not be cancelled due to bad weather, wear appropriate clothing to then be told cian will not be performing after being in the rain and wind waiting for 5 hours.

SHOCKING! MY NIECE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR- WAITED 4 HOURS IN THE RAIN AND CIAN DUCROT DID NOT TURN UP - SHE HAS WAITED FOR MONTHS TO SEE HIM AND WAS CRYING AT THE END OF THE EVENING!- ALL OTHER ACTS PLAYED IN THE RAIN - KEPT EVERYONE WAITING IN THE RAIN AND CAME OUT LAST MINUTE TO SAY HE WAS NOT PLAYING DUE TO THE WEATHER - WHY DID THEY NOT TELL PEOPLE GOT SOAKED WAITING FOR BAD NEWS.

Very badly organised. Considering it was an outdoor event solo did not prepare for the rain at all. They advertised it would go ahead no matter the weather and then cancelled a family event at 10pm due to the weather!!! with Cian durcot unable to perform. Solo have still not issued an apology.

I would have loved to have said, that this was an amazing event. However, after having to wait around 50 minutes to the be told that Cian couldn't go on was just ridiculous. This being my 10 year olds first concert and the only reason is being there was Cian, it completely broke her heart that he didn't come on.

The main act was cancelled because of the bad weather, surely the stage should have been designed to cope with this. The previous musicians were good and the setup was good overall but waiting all that time in the rain for the main act not to perform wasn't great to be fair.

All supporting acts played, got soaked to the bone and Cian cancelled as he was suppose to be on stage !

Main headliner cancelled at 10pm due to adverse weather, when the supporting acts played through much worse weather! Very disappointed and expecting a refund.

Was a really good event apart from the fact that the headline act that I paid to see never preformed and we were told last minute about it! Extremely disappointed and upset as we waited for hours In the bad weather to be told to he wasn't preforming!

Music sound kept going loud and quiet, card machines went down and due to the fact that all vendors had machines that were all connected to each other every stall couldn't take orders. And the obvious, Cian Ducrot couldn't perform due to the poor set up. People have concerts in the rain, it happens but to be so unprepared that machines get ruined and acts can't come out is amateur. So disappointed, especially for all the young children who were disheartened and crying due to the announcement. Didn't even bother playing his music through the speakers so the crowd could at least sing a long and have some feel of a concert. Shambles.

event was cancelled before cian performed due to inadequate rain cover for the stage and equipment. we were told to dress appropriately for the weather as the event would not be cancelled due to inclement weather. there were men putting a side on the stage in the rain when it was already ruined. absolute joke.

The event was falsely advertised as it stated the event would go ahead regardless of weather and that didn't happen for safety reasons

Bad organisation from solo- crowd stood around for over an hour not knowing what was going on- a decision could have been made much earlier

Was an ok event but had some showers with the rain, wouldn't expect any different in wales. Absolutely disgusting that we paid to see the main act cian ducrot and he cancelled minutes before he was due on stage. Shame on him we got soaked for a no show

Acts that actually performed were brilliant! Headline act didn't perform. We waited all day in the pouring rain then the rain stopped and Cian Ducrot didn't come on. My children were so disappointed. Couldn't believe he didn't come onto the stage at all not even one song. Terrible! Every other performer did a great job even when it was hammering down!
