To be waiting patiently in the rain for hours on end to see the one person we purchased tickets for to cancel last second whilst other acts still managed to perform was very heartbreaking. For Cian to not come to stage and cancel him self was further disappointing

When you pay to see a certain artist and every other artist performs apart from him it's a massive joke! I do hope there will be some sort of refund as this is an absolute shambles by SOLO! Food prices were extortionate.

This is a joke. Poorly organised main acted cancelled after hours in the rain waiting, 15 minutes after he was meant to be on stage. All down to poor organising on your side. To state on the key info it won't be cancelled due to poor weather then to cancel it on grounds of poor weather cause the equipment got wet cause you failed to put proper measures in place. Best be getting a full refund. Absolute joke! Will never come to your events again.

Cian Ducrot did not even come on stage due to incompetent stage crew not looking after his equipment properly in the rain. So disappointed, other artists have still carried on in even worse weather.

Waited hours in the pouring rain and cold for the main act to start, he cancelled one hour before the end of the show. Waited all that time in those conditions for nothing!

Was really looking forward to seeing Cian Ducrot, absolutely gutted that he had to cancel at the very last moment and hope he comes back to Wales soon.
The apology on his behalf was absolutely shocking and so insincere.
Whatever happened, it was managed disgracefully. I hope ticket holders get compensated.

Cian was a no show due to the weather situation which I understand however why keep us sitting in the rain for the best part of 2 hours !!!

Awful event for Cian in Margam tonight. Advertised that event would go ahead even in bad weather but yet cancelling Cian after letting people sit rain for 5 hours spending money on drinks and food. Absolute joke of company

absolutely shocking. we were out in the rain and wind watching all support acts then some man comes on at 10 05pm saying that Cian was not going to perform. I will never attend a gig here again.

Main event was cancelled due to very poor organisation looked like absolute amateurs no thought to the rainy weather which had been forecasted have used Skiddle before and had no issues so not sure if it's Solo or a joint effort who are at fault and let the whole crowd down

Waste of money. Feel ripped off paid to watch Cian Durcot and didn’t see him perform!
Disappointed. Out of pocket. Waste of an evening!
