Review of Riverside Arts Jazz - Ant Law
Really enjoyable evening of small group jazz. Great performance by the quartet; fine guitar playing by Ant Law and excellent piano from Terrence Collie. A great example of how jazz musicians can come together and mesh despite not having played together before. The second half o fth eperformacne was really hot

Review of Riverside Arts Jazz - Celebrating Coltrane feat. Simon Allen
Great evening and tight and exciting quartet sounded like they had been playing together for years.
Smashing to hear live in such small venue with clean acoustic.

Review of Riverside Arts Jazz - The Music Of A.C. Jobim
Firstly I do like the small venue. Much prefer the intimate gig where you can hear and see the artists and talk to them. The music was excellent, Terence on the piano is just wonderful, never fails to deliver an excellent performance. I hadn't fully appreciated the music of Jobim although I do have the CD of Frank Sinatra singing Jobim which is a favourite. Noemi Nutti has quite an incredible voice.
I felt the gig needed to warm a little but that is probably because you don't all perform together on a regular basis, but once a few songs had been delivered it was fine. Really enjoyed it as did my friends - about 8 of us.
