Really poor event , wristband situation a complete joke !
And it's seems getting your money back is even worse !
The djs were also terrible , low steppa and Hannah Wants were rubbish , I heard the same track 3 times in one hour with low steppa and Hannah wants set went no where !
Would never bother with this event again ! Crap !

The vip toilets were horrendous, loading drinks money onto wristbands was near enough imopossible, the v-vip tickets were a complete and utter rip off as you got nothing different from the ordinary vip tickets which were £75 as opposed to £165 . And no one knows how to reclaim money that wasn't spent on wristbands

I had the best time of my life and danced my feet off x what I didn't enjoy was the que for the toilets and que for the bar and no water in the toilets x that needs sorting for next year

Not as good as 2023, long queues for bars and bar top up, even pre paid top ups. Problems with topping up meant going back and forth to the top up tent to be told they couldn't help! At one point only 4 people serving drinks to hundreds of people at the one bar. Poor signage this year so no one knew if they were even in the right queue. Would still recommend and go again though.

The wristband top up was a complete shambles, the toilets were awful, no attendant replacing toilet rolls, no drinking water despite it being advertised, artists on at different times to the published set list. When we left at closing we were THREATENED with dogs which were barking and pulling on leads, we left immediately after the music stopped, there was no need.

Great music, the queue for activating the wrist bands was quite unorganised as was the queue for the bar and toilets . There were not enough bar staff to cope with demand. I would love to see an old school house tent ! 😉
