The line up and set up were amazing along with the food and drinks options. However its advertised that there were water stations, but there were none on site. This is after asking about 8 different members of staff who had no idea if they had any! This meant we had to buy drinks which were extortionate in price.
When watching the acts, it felt unsafe at times with no security to be seen. We had to move several times from groups due to feeling unsafe.
It was a good time but these issues definitely affected the atmosphere and enjoyment

awful organistion, no signage regarding which queue to enter the venue on, staff rude, no signage on where to activate wristband, long queues, toilets were disgraceful, prices for drinks were ridiculous, sound quality in tents were awful

Main reason for coming to the event was to hear Claptone and he absolutely killed it! One of the best performances I've ever seen.
The venue was great and well sheltered from the rain and wind. There were plenty of toilets and the queues never got too long. However, there was no free water refill anywhere as advertised which was disappointing, asked multiple members of staff but nobody had any idea.
Drink prices were obviously high as expected for a festival, 500ml of cider - £7.50 but not the worse I've seen.
The atmosphere was great, everybody was in high spirits, all the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Security staff were seen smoking w**d. Very young people (looked like they were below 18) were at the venue. Lots of people there were popping p***s. Atmosphere felt edgy at times. Queue for wristbands was unbelievable. Was queuing for nearly 2 hours. Set time for Solid Crew was brought forward by 4 hours without notifying anyone. I missed them (gutted). Door policy regarding prohibited items is a joke, especially when I saw people sneak drugs and alcohol into the venue. Definitely not as good as previous years.

Very poorly organised. No clear indication of how to get your wristband credit validated and then when we finally found someone his machine stopped working, he said he would be back so the que waited and waited and waited.. he didn't come back, we found him validated others in another que. when confronted he wasn't bothered and didn't apologise. VIP toilets were disgusting and that was from early on. The drinks were very expensive too. Couldn't buy a big bottle of wine as they were glass, and a small bottle was £8.50!
Music and atmosphere couldn't be faulted but for me and my friends, the above let the experience down big time.

Really disappointed this year.. I echo lots of comments on Facebook. -Security were unprofessional and engaged in drug taking.
-not enough bar staff
- really poor set up to obtain credit on wristband.
- staff scanning tickets to get in were more bothered about speaking to mates and giving them free vip upgrades ( 3 infront of us on the queue)
- VIP toilets had no running water and were the worse I've seen.
- sound in the garage tent was really poor
Crooked House Events you need to improve .. the organisation and delivery was poor. You didn't even have the Friday event to deal with as it was cancelled.
We left early and honestly didn't feel safe.
Shame because the artists you booked were great but afraid to say the general consensus is negative from anyone we spoke to . Not even got a hangover 😵

Headliner act didn't show. VIP area was understaffed to the point we got drinks from outside the VIP area. Toilet situation was a disgrace. Wristband top ups for pre paid drinks was a joke, still had to queue, there wasn't enough devices for staff on bars or where needed to top up credit. I now have to pay £2 charge to get my unspent money back and the 10% extra credit only applied when I spent all my money.... How is this considered justified. Then one of the bars could not use the devices so it was cash only (at a cashless event). Very badly organised
