Review of Crooked House In The Park 2024
I come to the event every year but have to say the queuing to credit your wristbands is horrendous . I was in the que for an hour . One of the staff screamed at someone who dared complain . You need to sort that out .
I think £8.50 for a small wine is extortionate . Why have you stopped the 70cl bottle of wine ? Profit I guess .
The VIP toilets had no paper by about 5pm (ladies) , you also gave VIP tickets to people who got cancelled on Friday night , so a lot more in VIP . Overall great day and I will be attending next year but please sort the credit to your band out . It's like it every year but this year was so dreadful .

Review of Beacon Park
After leaving a great review for last year’s Crooked House , I’m sorry to have to leave a bad one about this year 😖 but it was nowhere near as good as last year (2023)
The security staff were so arrogant and rude , spoke to you like crap- gutted to miss So Solid Crew as they didn’t even tell anybody that the time was wrong so they were on earlier in the day 🤬
Atmosphere slightly shady sometimes - whereas last year it was much nicer
Disgusting toilets - absolutely filthy
To top it off - we asked the security if we could leave the site about 5pm and could re-enter later and we were told ‘yes no problem just show your wristband when you come back ‘ however upon returning they were very rude with us and wouldn’t let us back in and lied saying they told us to be ‘back at 7’ which they NEVER EVER said !
The attitudes of the staff were unreal , after arguing back and forth one man said ‘just do a chargeback with your bank ‘ you can’t get in - so we missed other artists we wanted to see 🤬
Never known attitudes and organisation like it to be honest - don’t know what has happened this year but nothing like last year - seems others on social media think the same
Won’t be going back unfortunately 👎 should have gone to Creamfields instead !

Review of Crooked House In The Park 2024
Great day out again, amazing music and massive vibe will definitely come again - however bars could have done with more staff (VIP) and the faff with the drinks wrist bands was a long thing this year - I think people and bar staff couldn't get the QR codes up because there was no reception, so better wifi, more staff and less smelly toilets in VIP please! Otherwise an absolutely banging day/night and we will be back xxx

Review of Crooked House In The Park 2024
Eventually we both had a good time apart from the fact that we never left the miss money pennies stage in the VIP area and if I had not brought VIP tickets then I think that we would probably have left early. I have been to many dance festivals and I can honestly say that this one is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The VIP toilets were a complete joke absolutely disgusting from the start the prices of the drinks were an absolute joke and the service was awful. And the whole thing about topping up your wrist bands was a complete joke and a complete waste of time I spent more time queuing up than I have ever done before at any festival in my life it was the first time we went and it will be the only time we go I was not impressed at all they need to sort it out and take a look at other dance festivals and see how to run a successful festival otherwise I can see it not happening ever again.

Review of Crooked House In The Park 2024
I absolutely love Crooked House and have been to every instalment so far. Great to have an event of this sort, in the local area.
However, the drink prices at the festival this year were ridiculous and unfair. £7.50 for 1 can of beer is too far - and you have to question, where does this end? It will be £8 next year, more the year after, unless enough people pipe up about it or there's some of cap imposed by an authority. Nobody attends these events thinking they are going to have a cheap day out, but that just felt like the event was taking the pee. We're in Lichfield, not London. I went to Chase & Status in Milton Keynes just a couple of weeks ago and it was £6.25 for a beer there (not cheap, but far more in line with what you should probably expect to pay at this sort of event).
Then, there were the top up booth issues. Staff behind the counter were left stranded for large periods of time as queues didn't move. It seemed that there were issues with the card payment machine which left some people with no option (unless you happened to be carrying cash with you) to get credit onto their wristbands.
