Club class was very disappointing at Creamfields this year. There was only 1 block of showers with warm water, the rest was freezing cold. The pamper stations were also a lot smaller than previous years with less hair dryers. Most of which was faulty / wouldn’t work.

Really not worth the money, the showers were ice cold, could if had a better one with a bottle of water at the tent, the only good thing was the toilets but they closed so you couldn’t even use them in the evening only in the day.

Do not buy these tickets as there actually don't exist when you get there. Everyone can use any toilet and definitely don't flush. There was no luxury whatsoever to be had for buying these tickets.

Queues were horrendous.
Showers were vile- worse than the free ones we got with our bronze camping tickets.
For the price it was absolutely shocking- will not be buying again

Very disappointed with the Club Class offering. Whilst there were flushing toilets and hot water showers available, the amount of time you had to queue up for these was totally unacceptable - having to wait 3 hours in a queue to have a shower certainly does not justify the cost. There were 15 shower cubicles allocated to the entire male cohort, and God knows how many thousand of tickets sold. Some basic math will quickly tell you that simply is not enough. Similarly, there were just 10 male toilets and half of these were closed most of the time! It seems that the Club Class providers are very happy to take your money, whilst having very little regard for the customer experience. They could have easily added plenty more shower blocks, which would have reduced the waiting time to a more acceptable level - but clearly chose not to, in exchange for profiteering further on what is already an overpriced service. At least have the decency to provide your customers with accessible facilities, rather than the absolute bare minimum. Complete joke.

The festival was amazing however the charges were very disappointing, the charger lasted no longer then 20 minutes which for £35 is shocking. Would not purchase again.
