Was a really handy service to have and got me through the weekend. Will buy one earlier this year to save on the promo price. Didnt last the longest for a power bank but was still worth getting and did save a lot of hassle

Club class advertised “Hot showers”, the showers where freezing cold, it was unbearable. The queues where so long I waited about 2 hours for a cold shower and then had to wait again to use the hair dryer. There was also no social distancing as they let too many people into the area at once

Every time I went to showers was in que forever an when I got to showers they weren’t working, no toilet roll an only a few toilets not very luxurious at all! next time will just be using wet wipe think thed make me feel more clean. Waste of money

Would definitely recommend if you want showers and flushing toilet. You need to go for a shower at certain times to avoid the queues however would definitely still advise getting this pass.

Went to return the charge candy and they gavebt given me ny money back, also everytime I was given one each day they didn't give me it fully charged

They provided only 10 shower and 5 toilets for the whole festival which caused massive queues and had to queue min 1 hr for the showers and another 1hr for the toilets

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay for this, definitely 0 management and nonsense to provide only few facilities for thousands of people

Was good to have clean toilets with toilet roll, and the use of showers and somewhere with mirrors to do your makeup. But it didn’t stay open from when you got back from the arena so had to use the normal toilets, and when in the arena you had to use the toilets there as well. Also they didn’t open Monday morning when you wanted to leave - therefore quite expensive for the amount of time you can actually use them but worth it if you don’t want to use the portloos all the time.

It was the best festival Iv been too, but couldnâ??t find where to pick up my luxury pass to get a shower so staffing could have been more informed

My phone was never charged above 30%
Staff were rude and making inappropriate jokes and remarks
They weren’t willing to help when I told them my charger was dead after collecting it 15 minutes ago, all in all they all had s**t customer service skills and will never be using again!

Not worth the money. Toilets a better standard than the ones in camp but I don’t believe they’re cleaned regular.. About 10 hair dryers and maybe double the amount of straighteners which is good but you do have to queue a while to get them. Showers nice when they’re not freezing cold, wouldn’t pay again
