Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields
Toilets blocked, closed or massive queues due to being oversold.
Showers are over 2 hour queues till 6pm, I got to the front of the queue one day and the showers broke.
They claimed it was sold out but kept letting people buy tickets on door (even bronze, silver and gold who have their own toilets).

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields
Food massively over priced, and the nice toilets were a complete waste of time. We had to end up using the compost ones most of the time because the lines were so big for the nicer toilets. When we did use the nice toilets the state and smell of them on the last few days is really no better than the compost ones. It was nice to shower, but I feel there could of been more toilets and showers. The actual festival its self was amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

Review of Chargecandy at Creamfields
Chargers would not even give 100% charge. More importantly they did not open the tent to give back chargers until very late on the last day, meaning we could not get back our £10 deposit, I am. It stuck with this crap charger
Will go to the other stand next time

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields
Not worth the money I paid for it. Queues were huge waited over 2 hours to get a shower and the toilet facilities were dirty. Nothing luxurious about the pass at all. â??Limitedâ? tickets but seemed like every man and his dog had one with the size of the queues

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields
Tickets were completely over-sold. Queue for showers was constantly an hour/ 2 hour wait from 7am until the acts at Cream fields started in the afternoon and by then it was either go without a shower or miss the acts you paid £250 for. Toilets were constantly broken and leaking and only 70% of them were ever actually open and caused long wait times. Showers closed at 9pm so there was no showering when events finished at 11 either. On the Saturday acts finished at 4am and the toilets weren’t 24/hrs either so had to use the standard ones.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Creamfields
The idea is great but in practice it was a let down. The first 24 hours was worth it but then went severely down hill. The toilets ended up quite frankly disgusting. No toilet roll in the ladies cubicles. The floors were filthy. Some cubicles were unusable. Some cubicles were closed, obviously due to being out of order. The quested for the pamper area were so long that it just wasn’t worth it. The showers were cold and a complete waste of time. The staff were not very involved or interested if the experience was good or not. They didn’t more time rolling cigarettes than actually doing anything.
At 44 years old I’m not easily duped in to believing this was value for money or even slightly worth it.
It needs far more facilities for this to be worth paying for, it needs to managed properly with staff available when problems like blockages arise. Either increase the facilities or decrease the tickets sold. I definitely won’t be purchasing again in fact if I thought it was worth the bother I’d ask for a refund!

No running water ready on the Thursday so couldn’t shower then. More tickets sold on the entrance so there’s no point in buying club class, may aswell wait for a normal shower
