Poor facilities in vip area couldn't see the stage.All the bars ran out of everything including water and the prices where ridiculous. Glass perfume bottles where confiscated although they were selling glass bottles of alcohol if your where lucky enough to find one not worth the price at all

The festival seemed to be poorly organised - there was no advance information on line ups, timings etc, and no signs to the festival or the pre-paid car park. It was a faff to find the FAQ sheet - but it did say chairs could be taken in, but no food or drink. It also said empty water bottles could be taken in and filled but there was no water station - we had to buy water!! The toilets were inadequate for the numbers that attended - no toilet rolls in the ladies and the gents dalek urinals overflowed leaving you walking in a squelchy mess.
But the streetfood options were very good, and the bar was good.
The music improved as the event got underway - Elton John was ok, the Spice Girls were dreadful, The Beatles good, Oasis poor, Fleetwood Mac very good, and Abba and Queen both brilliant.

A badly organised event. Don't pay extra for the VIP tickets, they had no extra value.the VIP area was too crowded, and the toilets were disgusting: not enough of them and not serviced during the day. Ran out or water, toilet paper, and hand gel and a bad smell.
All bars ran out of all drunks by mid afternoon, couldn't even get a coffee!
Need seriously looking at the managment of this event.

The event and the look alike acts were fantastic mint alas the beers and food was a tad expensive to say the least... Hope this can be made more realistic and possibly some covered area to shelter beer tent and chairs if possible would be great and wise

Acts missing from the lineup advertised when we bought the tickets ( some of them were the reasons we bought tickets ) , every other venue had a lot more acts for the same price
Event venue change wasn't shared very well ! No questions answered from organisers ! VIP was a huge rip off basically they had less options for drinks in the VIP bar and what they did have they ran out of very early on ! the toilets had no toilet roll the 3 times I used them
The so called vip area didn't have a good view of the stage , there wasn't any zero alcohol options other than c**e and lemonade from warm bottles that were flat
Food stalls were very expensive and not very nice
Terrible at communicating with customers that had spent a lot of money , wouldn't go to another ! Neither would anyone else we spoke to at the event

Bitts Park Carlisle- Def not VIP worthy....
Whilst the music and atmosphere was great and our group had a fab time celebrating our friend's birthday, .....We paid for VIP tickets
Quite long queues at the bar but WORSE...the toilets were disgusting!!! .....clearly, they were not emptied regularly (if at all) - the smell was foul! literally!! toilets wouldn't flush properly ...one toilet was overflowing with putrid waste - just wouldn't use these so tried the adjacent port loos which were only marginally better.........still disgusting - vomit over the sides of the toilet - filthy.......Soooo many of us agreed how rank this was ! :(

I bought VIP tickets for Carlisle racetrack. When I arrived there were notices on the door directing me to a field in Carlisle
I left after 40 mins as the tiny water logged VIP section was terrible
False sales and advertising at its finest. Was advertised as being held at the racecourse, not in a field
Worst £107 I have ever spent
Wanted to leave to get changed out of my dress clothes and was told could not get back in

Not organised very well. Ran out of drink and closed the bar early before the event had finished. Also venue changed last minute but did not actually email/text or get intouch with those that had bought tickets.

Slow to get organised and open,VIP queue was slower,nothing on website but my aerosol deodorant taken???? VIP toilet clean,food very overpriced.enjoyed my day
