We paid for VIP Tickets, The VIP toilets had no running water in the gents and the ladies had no toilet paper. At 8.35pm we went to the VIP bar for our second drink of the night to be informed that the Bar was closed and when we joined the queue at the normal bar they had no beer left. Not Happy. I bought 6 tickets and I feel the extra expense was not worth the money I feel like I've been ripped off.

Expensive warm wine ran out of all beer cider and wine by 6.00 had to leave venue after no drink in hour and a half toilets overflowing would like a refund missed last 2 acts due to lack of refreshments

AS an original 90s raver When the Dj is playing COLDPLAY sky full of stars at a 90s rave event sorry but its time to leave pkats n small played 20 seconds of every great somg n cut them off just before they kicked in played another snip of another song totally spoiled the flow n vibe gor lots of people i spoke to was upset because had a mate doing a set m dodnt get to see k klass or dream frequency as i had to leave especially when i heard a QUEEN Song come on 🤯 if ya gonna do 90s raves do 90s rave music also Racial profiled by police searched for no reason expect im black with dreads & asked if i smoked w**d 🙄 Im 54 years old & was embarrassed yet other people walked by then not even got bothered & its 2024 ffs had better music, atmosphere in my back kitchen & the privilege of not obviously racially profiled by police infront of my wife & friends , so save ya money & stay at home unless ya a glitter weating day glow vest bucket hatted cheesy quaver plus it absolutely Pissed down which added to the misery of it all

I thought that for a family event the fact that a picnic or snacks were not allowed into the event, wasn't very family friendly. It becomes an extremely expensive day.The VIP toilets were no better than the normal ones and the view from the vip area was dreadful, you could not see that stage.
The bag search seemed over the top, my friend got her small perfume taken off her and put to one side, telling her she could collect at the end of the event but no guarantee could be given. When we left at 8pm we went to collect it and a member of staff said that they had cleared all that area and binned everything, yet it wasn't the end of the night and we could see other items taken off other people still there.

Didn't like change of venue,wasn't the most organised of events ,lacking juice facilities ,not clear on items aloud before you enter ,paid for car pass , queried change parking no answer so out of pocket for 2 car park passes ,had to park at the carpark at the sands .

We bought VIP tickets for the Racecourse. Then venue changed to Bitts park and VIP was anything but VIP. The quality of artists was very good, however the venue was disappointing.

Poor toilet facilities
Not enough of them and not kept stocked up with toilet paper or cleaned
The bar ran out of a lot of the alcoholic drinks choices by 4pm

The que for toilet and the bar was ridiculous, took nearly an hour to get a drink which was just cans of cider or lager so shouldn't have taken the length of time to serve. Music was good but repetitive at stages. Atmosphere was good but dampened with having to que for long periods

Bands that were advertised were not on, not a great selection of drinks available, and then they ran out of drinks before the music had finished.

Some groups better than others, as expected at these events food and beverages overpriced. Overall good venue, easy access, plenty of toilets (lack of toilet roll) but an enjoyable event
