We went on the Sunday and any issues from Saturday were fixed and it was fantastic.

No queues to get in , plenty of choices of beers and food trucks

I would suggest a few more non alcoholic beer options and possibly a bouncy castle of something for kids ....but overall we will be back ......brilliant day out

The cashless wristbands were an absolute joke. Just let people use their own contactless cards/phones instead of forcing them into a convoluted payment system that doesn't work properly.

Very poorly organised.

Will not be attending another event using this system.

There's no advantage in paying for entry to a venue just to then be slightly over-charged for food and beer via a convoluted cashless system using wrist bands. Nobody asked for this: we already have a contactless cashless technology, it's called debit cards. The extra hassle was a net negative value add on the whole experience, so the entry fee felt like a rip-off.

I'd have been happy to visit any of these food trucks if I encountered them in the street.

Disapponting, beers that were pouring weren’t necessarily the beers advertised (as per the admission of several staff). No low/ no lane as advertised and only one alcohol free option which contained lactose so was not inclusive.

Good layout of the arena, great selection of food and drinks. I would have liked to have seen the prices of beers displayed up, given they were all priced differently and it was often only once paying, the price was made clear.

Also, while I'm all for a cashless site, the use of the top up service was a bit of an annoyance, when contactless payments can be made quite easily with most cards and readers.

Great event, excellent range of beer and food, lots of seating, not too busy. Zero queues, staff friendly and helpful. Wrist tag payment good when they worked, but there were a few delays with top-ups.

Hour long queue to get in meant we abandoned plans to attend. Given ongoing pandemic concerns I was also not comfortable that the event had sufficient space to support those already within the confines of the event versus those waiting outside by mid-afternoon.

I was only notified of the need for a Lateral Flow Test the evening before in an email that listed this condition in small font in amongst many other details, something that was easily overlooked initially. More needs to be done to inform people of both the lengthy queues to expect, and the precautions required for COVID.

To top off the lack of this entertainment, I've now been made aware that my top-up money bangle device will not allow any refunds until at least 27th September. Unacceptable service.

Nice day but pints were too expensive and the credit system was inconvenient. Found myself wondering whether I had enough credit left for some food, then ordering the cheapest item to save embarrassment. Bar staff just handed over my order without telling me how much it was, and gave me the wrong beer. Only stayed for 2 rounds because it was too expensive and could'nt quite figure out why there as a charge for admission when prices inside the venue were so high on top of that. Stewards were helpful. Food selection could've done with a bit more variety. We ended up leaving to have a beer at a pub with outdoor seating which was more sensibly priced.

The event was a disaster. The queue for the wristbands must have been over 1000 people and was not moving. We waited over 2 hours and gave up. I will be in contact regarding a refund. As I am sure will many others.

Shambles of an event - not open on time, event staff clueless, 1.5 hour queues, no checking of covid tests, wrists bands didn’t work and were a total scam. Feel sorry for the vendors who ended up giving food and drink away for free as the wrist band payment system didn’t work. Event organisers either over sold tickets or don’t have a clue. Shocking.

The event was poorly organised with huge queues for everything. The wristbands were completely unnecessary and many peoples did not work. Why couldn’t you just use contactless cards? I wouldn’t recommend this event which is a shame.

Entry took over 45 minutes to get into event.
Luckily I had topped up my wristband with credit as online site had crashed.

There was a good atmosphere at event - would recommend to friends/family.
