We paid for VIP tickets, waited for over an hour to get the wristband. Then in another queue to get our cashless wristbands. The queue in vip bar took over another hour. Nothing VIP about the experience at all

Good event. Very family orientated
The only downside was the bands for payment- was just an additional unnecessary step- paying by card would be easier

Decent event. Perhaps need to work out balance between kids entertainment and adult ambience on stage (or at least turn speakers down a bit)

shambles of an event, queue after queue to get a wrist band that then did not work. Will never attend another event by these organisers ended up walking away having spent money on 4 tickets, seeing nothing and wasting a Saturday afternoon. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Absolute shambles of an event, the cues were ridiculous. Not only was the cue about an hour to get a wrist band there was a further 30mins to get cash added to your wrist band that then did not work. ended up waking out without getting to enjoy what we thought would be a calming Saturday afternoon!!! I will never attend this event ever again. I have fears that this is the same system being used for the party in the park this weekend . Good luck if you are going and prep yourself for a disaster if this was anything to go by.!!!!!!!

Whilst I understand there were problems on the Saturday, when we attended on the Sunday everything was well run and the site was kept clean by friendly and cheerful staff.

Good fun with a wide selection of food and drinks. Easy access after what I believe were long queues and technical problems on Saturday (We went on Sunday).

Didn’t actually get in, queue to get in too long so gave up and went home

The whole thing felt quite disorganised. Eventually the queue to get in was split which helped but going cashless wasn’t the best idea and getting notified about it the day before the event wasn’t great either. The queue to top up was far too long and we had to ask the staff at the front gate about where the beer tasting was only to find it out had been cancelled. There wasn’t enough staff to handle the amount of people as they were stuck dealing with top ups for the wristbands.

The idea of the event was great but the whole topping up of the wristband was a farce. I feel we should have been able to use contactless at least. Also having to pay money to ask for a refund on our wristband wasn’t ideal but would come again next year if it was contactless paying

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. LAST MINUTE EMAIL SENT ASKING THAT WE ADDED MONEY TO AN ACCOUNT WHICH WOULD BE ADDEDTO OUR WRIST BANDS. WE DID NOT SEE THIS AS WE HAD PREVIOUS ENGAGEMENTS. ON ARRIVAL WE WERE NOT ASKED FOR EVIDENCE OF TICKET PURCHASE, AFTER STANDING IN A QUEUE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS TO PUT MONEY ON OUR BRACELETS WE WERE TOLD THAT ALL SYSTEMS WERE DOWN AND GIVEN A TICKET FOR A FREE DRINK. WE WENT INTO THE FESTIVAL TO BE GREETED BY MASSIVE QUEUES AND VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS NO INTERNET AND THE SYSTEM WASN'T REPAIRED LEAVING US UNABLE TO PURCHASE EITHER FOOD OR DRINKS. WE LEFT VERY UNHAPPY AND SPENT OUR MONEY AT A LOCAL RESTAURANT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AS WERE MANY OTHERS. ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT WAS A DISGRACE NOBODY KNEW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. WE WOULD NOT BOOK ANY OF YOUR EVENTS AGAIN!

Didn't go on the Sunday as the reviews I read on the Saturday indicated, queues, payment problems and so I went elsewhere with my friends. Had trouble getting back money from playground so I now have two negative experiences with this outfit.

Great variety of beers, was there on Sunday and no hassle at all, unlike the problems I was told about on Saturday. Would go back next year if held again.
